On 6 February 2023, the Company purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at a price of 189.1012p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the purchase of the above shares 390,544,641 ordinary shares of 1p each will remain in issue. Edinburgh Worldwide Investment Trust plc will hold 15,209,054 ordinary shares in Treasury.
