PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 21 June 2017, the Company purchased in the market 50,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 361.4 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

187,524,795 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

8,535,500 Ordinary shares held in treasury

196,060,295 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
