PURCHASE OF OWN ORDINARY SHARES

On 17 September 2021, the Company purchased in the market 40,341 Ordinary shares at a price of 499.5394 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, the Company's share capital comprises:

124,498,269 Issued Ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares)

35,113,408 Ordinary shares held in treasury

159,611,677 Issued Ordinary shares (including treasury shares)
