In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 20p of the Company in issue at 30 June 2022 is 120,398,159 with each share holding one voting right.

The Company also holds 39,213,518 shares in Treasury.
