$455 million dollars has been approved to build high voltage infrastructure power plant.

They need coals to fire up the power plant. Who is going to supply them coals??

EDL has 170million tonnes JORC and currently is producing. I am sure they will sign a contract soon to supply them coals. This is a no brainer. Remind me of Asia Energy 15 years ago where the share price going up 10 folds in 2 months!!
