29/7/2024 06:11 | 18137 - There isn't one. No appointnent. Are you saying application submitted / partner appointed !? It doesn't fit the news | money never sleeps
29/7/2024 05:37 | MNS, Re 18136 Agreed no French regulatory approval yet..I'm referring to Smiths inthecoming comments about commercial deals with Corteva and Mevalone beyond France-10x. Re 18135 Fungicide 2 my impression is that enhancements in the SustainE technology might be associated with the enhanced actions described in the patent. 29/7/2024 05:32 | MNS, Consider the following informal announcements and tell me where there is an RNS to account for the commercial dynamic of the 10-12 insecticide relationship/s? Annual Eden Insecticide / development update...2019- Jan 2024 15 January 2019; The opportunities in Eden's core crop protection business are growing well. In addition to the products that Eden has developed and is commercialising through its partners, there are a number of pipeline products which are in the process of being tested by potential partners including several candidate insecticide products which would represent our first entry into the insecticide segment. Whilst it is early in the development of these formulations, initial results have been encouraging. 14 January 2020 Looking forward, we expect to be able to announce further marketing authorisations for both Mevalone and Cedroz as well as progress that is being made with existing and new partners in areas such as seed treatments, insecticides and other applications where the use of our active ingredients and Sustaineä encapsulation technology can bring important benefits to our commercial partners, growers, and ultimately consumers who benefit from sustainable agriculture." 11 February 2021 Development work continued largely as hoped during 2020, including on Eden's insecticide and seed treatment products. In addition, the Company continues to work with a number of parties to develop products that avoid polymer encapsulation using Eden's proprietary Sustaine® technology with third party active ingredients. 2nd March 2022 Development of Eden's seed treatment and insecticide products continues on track with good progress made in 2021 and the Corteva partnership has moved into the next stage of development triggering a milestone payment to Eden. 10 January 2023 Field trials in 2021 and 2022 have produced encouraging results for our insecticide candidates. The Company is pleased to be in position where it has now agreed on a final formulation, entered into testing agreements and sent trial-scale samples to multiple interested parties who are undertaking their own trial work. Eden has started to see results from its potential partners come in and we are pleased to say that they are, thus far, in line with our own results. The Company expects there to be a high level of interest for this product, particularly in the key markets of Europe and the US. 22 January 2024 A number of potential commercial partners for Eden's insecticide product ran, between them, a large number of field trials in 2023 and, so far, these have produced encouraging results. Eden has started to see results from its potential partners come in and we are pleased to say that they are, thus far, in line with our own results. The Company expects there to be a high level of interest for this product, particularly in the key markets of Europe and the US. Eden has now started commercial discussions with various potential partners to begin the evaluation of who to appoint as distribution partner for the insecticide product and shall update the market during 2024, as appropriate. .................... | supersonico
29/7/2024 05:26 | Supersonico - Re 10 X Corteva Mevalone France deal / 31 May 2023...... SS says "stay tuned" we anticipate moving into the regulatory phase. Talks of field trials. RNS 24 June 2024 - Announcing successful field trials: "the developmental bioinsecticide product" Application for regulatory approval hasn't happened. | money never sleeps
29/7/2024 05:19 | 37:48 - It is possible that this would be referring to "Fungicide 2.0" (Mevalone), which SS announced they are working on. 19/3/2024: NDA or not, Eden would surely have to issue an RNS if distribution or investment partner appointed for the insecticide. Just like they did with Ecovelex. | money never sleeps
28/7/2024 22:48 | Re 10 X Corteva Mevalone France deal / 31 May 2023 "Back in December we announced that we were appointing Corteva France as our distribution partner for our first product Mevalone ..and we've been collaborating with them ever since ..stay tuned.. their maybe / definitely more developments on that front as well" @5m | supersonico
28/7/2024 22:39 | MNS, My assumption is that Eden are well ahead of the info they tell us about and they are well progressed in the regulatory phase and already have a commercial partner or partners more than provisionally arranged but NDA's apply... ...and that's why they have made senior staff appointments and can diarise the announcement and repeatedly give us the US25 and EU26 date estimates. You will note that doing these more confident projection is new relative to Eden's historic inthecoming approach and would not be attempted unless a high degree of certainty existed . AWGATWT. Smith Guidance; "Eden has now started commercial discussions with various potential partners to begin the evaluation of who to appoint as distribution partner for the insecticide product and shall update the market during 2024, as appropriate." On 09/10/23 Smith anticipates moving into 'regulatory phase in the not to distant future' @7M | supersonico
28/7/2024 22:31 | "Are we not overlooking the fact the rapporteur process is only the first authorisation step? As we know there needs to be local approval. This is from.the 3/7/23 RNS- In late May 2023, Eden submitted the regulatory dossier and application to Austria, who will act as the interzonal rapporteur member state on behalf of the EU. Review and authorisation can take between 18 and 24 months, with each EU member state then able to ratify the authorisation or require additional information before granting local authorisations." Timbo_Slice - STFU! | neutralpov
28/7/2024 21:55 | Supersonico you are correct but I cannot get my head round the idea that there is likely to be approval for sale in 2025 of an insecticide product for which Eden does not even yet have a commercial partner, and no application has been submitted. Does that not sound remarkably optimistic? | money never sleeps
28/7/2024 09:25 | Super, Both of your last 2 posts are exactly correct. | investingisatrickygame
27/7/2024 23:15 | Ecovelex; Leonardo Costa's slide says 2025+ It does not say 2026+ | supersonico
27/7/2024 23:13 | Insectiicde; Smith says in the 2023 AGM report (page 25 )that the US is the first launch country so the slide description with the EU first and US as 'Future' looks to be wrong ...so I'm expecting a US first and EU second with it's rapporteur process. In the US slide 23 tells us about the expected faster registration of any product that has the same already approved active ingredients which to my thinking support a US launch earlier ..hopefully for 2025 growing season. Slide 20 again has first sales estimates of 2025 US and EU 2026; | supersonico
27/7/2024 21:40 | Are we not overlooking the fact the rapporteur process is only the first authorisation step? As we know there needs to be local approval. This is from.the 3/7/23 RNS- In late May 2023, Eden submitted the regulatory dossier and application to Austria, who will act as the interzonal rapporteur member state on behalf of the EU. 27/7/2024 21:13 | Correction; Ravenna misjudges everything. | supersonico
27/7/2024 19:44 | @ravenna23 FYI, I'm auto-archiving all his criminal ramping. To fail to disclose the remunerated position when so doing carries a maximum sentence of (only, more's the pity) TEN YEARS IMPRISONMENT. | neutralpov
27/7/2024 19:07 | Investing I agree that the insecticide promises to be a bigger product/ market but there is still the no small matter of obtaining regulatory approval, so I don't think this will shift the share price as much as the imminent news of Ecovelex approval which will lead to rapid sales. | money never sleeps
27/7/2024 19:00 | Good spot supersonico. Ravenna misjudged Amati. | money never sleeps
27/7/2024 10:36 | Super, agreed, way better than projections. Maybe Institutions aren't paying attention, aren't listening or need an absolute confirmation. Who knows. Listening to Corteva, it seems to me we can reasonably expect strong revenue from Ecovelex in 2025 and beyond. This should provide all the working capital Eden needs moving forward and take Eden into profit in 2025. Ecovelex will be a milestone moment, that's for a sure and could in itself trigger strong investment in Eden's share price. It should certainly be a recognition point, an inflection point and I imagine S Smith will communicate it this way. I believe you are right about the insecticides. In 2020, Eden quoted numbers for one insecticide being twice the value of the numbers quoted for Ecovelex. It is on their website on the 2020 AGM Q and A. The combination of these two terrific achievements delivering products where by their own (and Corteva's) commentary, others products do not exist, will surely put Eden on the map, both for investors if they truly understand the significance of the same, but equally, the Ag input industry. A higher share price and commercial interest in Eden is only a matter of time and that time is very near. Regulatory news and insecticide distribution partner news are both anticipated in 2024, are they not? | investingisatrickygame
27/7/2024 09:41 | Investing, News wise I think Eden can make a bigger news splash with the insecticide given the wide and negative coverage of the Neonicotinoids and it's associating with Bees..Simple story to relate ..It's hard to know what and when the revenue streams will arrive as from an investor perspective the companies info looks muddled. Remember they have two insecticide formulations and the news will go round the world if done well. As far as institutional investors go I have no idea why they are not piling in now given what's coming.. so find it hard to understand their strategies other than blunt market cap calculations. Other things to consider is the progress being made with the IP which looks promising and continues to point to solutions for paddy rice farmers amongst many other sucking insect targets. Ecovelex as Abrey said will reach peak sales quickly ..what ever that means.. and there is a 'dearth' of insecticide so both should do well and way better than the cautious / tight forecasts we have been given so far. | supersonico
27/7/2024 09:03 | Ecovelex approval, very important! However, I believe the insecticide is even bigger. | investingisatrickygame
27/7/2024 08:31 | No - I think Ecovelex approval is more important to the share price | money never sleeps
27/7/2024 08:08 | Super, Is the insecticide announcement, when it comes, going to spur existing Institutions to go into the market and fill their boots? After all, geography and regulation aside, the insecticide is the last part of the jigsaw, for the mid-term future, is it not? | investingisatrickygame
