Now let us hope there is some proper management of a commercial company. No sitting on their laurels but 2 hard years of get out and sell. Make the company known.In other words get out in the world by whatever means and dont cash in on that ridiculous incentive scheme.

I'm gobsmaked...after 12 months 'free' exclusive trials of Eden's core tech...then 5 months of silence...all with no up front fee from a multi billion dollar mega pharma...and this RNs.
It doesn't exactly light any rockets.

Not even a mesassly 100k mile stone payment !!
No financial s nothing..

Almost a please stop emailing us Shaun...were still deciding....look say this to your long suffering share holders.

SP flat - marginally lower trend. The market is simply not interested in more Eden commercial agreements - they’ve had this too often before.

Be clear: helpful as this RNS may be, it is just another promissory note.

Interested to hear from posters who told us that a positive Corteva announcement would ‚transformR16; Eden‘s share price

I am really pleased for Eden with this deal. It is all going in the right direction but I have to say where are the sizes of the territories signed, what share does corteva have of these territories, will it be using sustain for all its products in these markets.. this rns doesn't easily spell out an investment case for new investors.. once again a vague rns but congrats Eden

When I looked at tesla, Bitcoin etc and where they were. I would have loved to be in at the start.
This is a huge opportunity in an area of world importance with a global population growing.
I’m so happy this has been done.

Sales in 2024 - baseline profit for Eden in 2025. Excellent news but difficult to see what in this RNS will drive the share price beyond a short term spike.

With all those patents that Eden has, granted and pending, I think an update on their relevance and value would be most welcome.

As for Sustaine, I think some kind of understanding of value will be seen when the Corteva deal, assuming positive, is revealed.

I’m more interested on Eden’s IP at the moment (such as Corteva deal). Sales will be coming gradually as the territories/footprints crops... increase.

Sales,revenues, cash flow and profits are what are needed to get the share price on a sustained run.

When will Eden deliver on that? It’s been a VERY long wait. The time to invest for sustained gains, instead of temporary spikes, is when Eden at long last delivers by doing what all successful Companies do.

i.e they look to and then DO sell things.

I sold again a while ago. Keep watching though. One day perhaps both Eden and Eden posters (who ignore the obvious) WILL get it and sell, and then in quantity. THEN if it ever happens the share price could rocket and fast too.

Do you believe that Eden hasn't sold anything to Eastman as a result of yesterday's approval? I don't. Unfortunately, Eden do not share this information with shareholders/owners which in my opinion they should.

Contrast yesterday's significant RNS with this one hxxp://www.fireangeltech.com/significant-long-term-partnership-signed-develop-new-generation-smoke-alarm/

1) Signed a partnership agreement (just like Eden)
2) States the reason for product demand (same as Eden)
3) Confirms partner development funding and an upfront payment (same as Eden)


However, Fireangel chose to go a step further than Eden and help its shareholders determine and understand the value of the deal. They stated the number of units to be produced, including minimum units and the timeframe for delivering the same, They also stated the value of the agreement and the composition of the revenue they will receive.

As a result of that RNS, volume went through the roof and the share price doubled in a day. They are still 50% higher today.


Had Eden re-iterated value yesterday of €30.6 million and given a time frame of expectancy to get there and put that in context with last years year-end figures (£1.6 million), coupled with any initial sale agreed I feel certain the share price would have risen much more. They could even have added forecast sales in year 1, why not?

Eden needs to be a bit more expansive in sharing news, particularly successful news such as yesterday and if they do, they market will treat them well.

However, people don't buy what they don't know and in my opinion, this is an ongoing communication issue for Eden which the market, in-turn, is communicating back to Eden through share price volume and price.

Agreed Super - but we have had all this upbeat stuff for over 15 years. Unfortunately, 'Extended country approvals' and 'trend-changing regulatory pressure' are not sales. I am a passionate supporter of what Eden has - and indeed have been tangentially involved in the process. I can only repeat that sales are critical and no amount of regulatory approvals nor commercial tie-ups will, by themselves, deliver one cent of sales.

There are plenty of signs of commercial progress imo.

Eden are at a tipping point now that the 3logy and Cedroz trials have resulted in expanded country approvals and multiplying target crops ..this aligned with trend changing regulatory pressure on the conventional competition all looks positive to me.

Super: Bayer deal / tie up / agreement / trials / distribution arrangements/ expert advisers / consultants / laboratories / office chairs/.... we've had these up to the ears and beyond. What this wretched company needs is SALES - selling stuff to customers, of which, as yet , there is no sign. What is it about this elementary fact of commercial life that Sean Smith does not understand.
