Smith and Abrey already have substantial options. I do not see the need to further reward them for a job they should be doing anyway.

So SuperSonico, you think it is OK to give free money to executives who are already being paid extremely well to do their job. The strike price of 6p is ludicrous. 60% below current market price. If top shareholders have approved this because they know the deal is about to be inked that speaks of corruption at the top of the company. Cronyism at its worst, and UK business practice at its least ethical.

Personally I don't think they are rewarding failure..my guess is they are rewarding a potentially massive deal which to date we are in the dark about..but I'm confident it's coming. That's what LuckyRobs Bayer folk are signalling imo.

RNS today: In the announcement of the Company's fundraising on 28 February 2020, the Company stated that it would implement a new Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and replace options granted under the previous LTIP that are deemed a more appropriate scheme to incentivise management given the Company's stage of development. In line with that announcement, the Company has now granted replacement options over 10.5 million new Ordinary Shares in Eden, at a strike price of 6p each (being the placing price of the 2020 fundraise), in the amounts of 6 million awarded to Sean Smith and 4.5 million awarded to Alex Abrey.

Why on earth is this company rewarding failure. This effectively gives Smith and Abrey an instant profit of 9p per share. THis is a smack in the face for shareholders in the face of serial management failure to achieve sales and take the company into profit.

I notice, Supersonico, that you signalled that you were off this thread!

LuckyRob (+2) Bayer folk who appreciate 'Eden Research partner gets the green light in Spain for bio-fungicide' post on Linked-in.

As one who follows the story ( not the Unmentionable story the other one)I used to think that Tara Lu might have been a old mate of Robs who happened to be involved with Bayer in Biologicals and Biopesticide patents and that she followed his career closely.

Methods of inhibiting, preventing, killing and/or repelling insects using simulated blends of chenopodium

But then Wolfgang-Korzeniewski who has a nice job as Bayer's 'Strategy development for multinational production networks' has started liking Eden Linked-in posts..Maybe he's a mate or friend of Shortorder?or just a keen to help Eden become a 'Consolidator'.

But then maybe another friend of Rob who is kindly supportive pops up occasionally who has a Bayer Seed job as 'EMEA Business Portfolio Manager, Oilseed Rape Seeds at Bayer Crop Science'

All I can say is lucky Rob having all these nice Bayer friends closely following his career so attentively and especially since Eden have no declared relationship with Bayer Crop Science.

And there's more ..senior Bayer mates are coming out of the wood work..

Maybe let Investing answer questions himself in future I’m sure he is a big boy. You need to maybe broaden your investment horizons, it will make you less twisted.

Anyways no need to worry, I wont be back here. I hope that the fortunes of Eden have turned a corner and I wish investors well.

If EDEN goes to zero tomorrow it does not change a single thing in my life. And I agree with you, there are plenty of stocks on AIM that spin plates for more funding, I could also name lots of them. We all like a gamble from time to time and what's the point of life without a little risk, there is no such thing as a sure thing....

> Hi POV, what do you make of GME? Are you on WSB?

I do not invest in AIM shares. Unless you are an insider of the company concerned, such shares are for fools. One has far, far better chances of a profit with the bookies, the National Lottery, a pinball or slot machine or even at a hoop-la at a fair than with AIM shares.

The confidence of the genuine, eager PI in his (usually laughable) research that he is smarter than the ultra-shrewd institutionals, and smarter than me, is hilarious if it wasn't so tragic for him. He thinks he's seen an opportunity we, and the directors too (or he buys into their explanations for their generosity), haven't.

I know almost nothing about EDEN. I don't need to. All I need to see is the relentless ramping here and on LSE, the nature of the share price chart and the cake-tomorrow nature of the rolling RNS fiascos. These tell me ALL I need to know.

There is, of course, a small chance (vanishingly small) that I am wrong.

I know 100s of AIM stocks like I know EDEN. All are IMO worthless. In a year or two their investors will be ruing their greed-fuelled folly.

G e t o u t n o w. While you can. The little blip upwards early today was corrected by the close. Liquidity?? At 16:28:11 I could have bought a million of these, price similar to this morning. Yes, a million. Didn't try higher. Being sane, of course I didn't accept.

Believe what you will about my motives. Judging by my reading the last thousand posts, Investor nous on this BB seems to me to be (even) lower for EDEN than the average for AIM stock. Make of that what you will. :-)

IMHO, DYOR, YMMV, TINIA, JM2c

Thanks for mentioning VOX. I have been looking for a small app for my phone and that one looks just the job. I am also confident in the Corteva outcome.

> Can you explain your reasoning a little bit more... obviously they have hired more staff...

It fits, and perfectly, the profile of a ramped stock, and the conduct of the crooks and the desperate ones here plays a major role in such identification.

> Yawn, yawn, yawn. More crops, more diseases, more countries. Where's the revenue? More importantly where's the profit?

Spot on!

> Yes Graham: agreements, consultants, ‘addressable markets’ but no sales and no Corteva update.

Spot on too!

Honestly, the only bit that doesn't gel with this being a fleabitten ramped dog is the absence of rampers who are premium members.

Never read such utter tripe and bor-locks.

It is GBP (£££££) that count. Not weasel-worded RNSs! You'd think divvies were paid in RNSs.

Ultra-strong SELL recommendation in the light of the scale of deceitful ramping.

This dog of a stock ranks in the top 20% of ramped AIM shares. And that is baaad. Fits the profile perfectly.

> Meantime I bought a few more this morning at 15.42. Nice price.

(Allegedly) posting his trades. Another sure sign of a ramper.

How many different ones there are, and how many are multi-ID/sockpuppet avatars, is what I'm determining using the usual language analysis tools.

Genuine PIs, you are in a den of lying wolves. Sell, run, enjoy the popcorn as this returns to its home base (zero pence).

loL!
