Eden choose to dampen, hide and underplay company info. One can decide whether they do that because they are a POS company with poor IP or a IP rich company tied up in NDA's with large corporates. My research points me to the later but I understand the frustration with the BS with regard to TT and Bayer but then again research can help with that one if your prepared to dig and adopt a sunny disposition.

Another golden opportunity for Eden to craft their investor communications and attract inward investment to our share price https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2019/06/16/environment-biggest-worry-future-say-investors/ Environment Generally Regarded As Safe (GRAS) Eden Research - The Natural Solution Sustainable Sustaine When will we ever leverage these opportunities and place value on our strapline and status. Full Article Investors believe environmental concerns will be more important than financial factors for investment decisions in the next five years amid fears the climate crisis could trigger a plunge on markets and upend industries. Investors managing a combined €19 trillion (£17 trillion) picked the environment as their top consideration for investment decisions, beating financial analysis and geopolitical factors, UBS Asset Management found. Its survey revealed that more than 80pc believe their investments will be put at risk from ignoring environmental, social and governance issues. “When talking with our large institutional clients, we increasingly see a changing attitude towards sustainable investing,” said Michael Baldinger, UBS AM’s head of sustainable and impact investing. The possible impact of environmental risks on assets is “high on their agenda” and sustainable investments are “now a ‘must-have’”, he added.

Rhône-Alpes region in the aftermath of the bad weather that ravaged the orchards hTTps://twitter.com/FNPFruits/status/1140315381070016513 ………………………….. Blackgrass evolving resistance to glyphosate hTTps://www.farminguk.com/news/blackgrass-evolving-resistance-to-glyphosate_53227.html?_lrsc=69a24354-fca5-4373-b13f-899e876169b5 Scientists studying herbicide resistance in blackgrass have detected clear signs that reduced sensitivity to glyphosate is evolving in the field. A team of researchers have developed a way to predict risks of resistance before it occurs in the field, and have applied this to the use of glyphosate in blackgrass. Dr David Comont, a weed ecologist from Rothamsted Research, said the work provides an early-warning to the UK farming industry that over-reliance on glyphosate is likely to lead to resistance. “We found evidence that a number of blackgrass populations are responding to glyphosate use, by evolving reduced sensitivity to this herbicide in the field. “Crucially, our results show this happening before high levels of resistance have evolved, whilst there is still time to delay or prevent this resistance,” he said. Glyphosate is one of the few herbicides that blackgrass isn’t already resistant to and is critical to the control of this weed.

1964 Patent at top of Sipcam Patent list which I'm curiously guessing might be being rejuvenated by SustainE to tackle Mildew on Grains and Cereals. UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PRODUCCIÓN DE UN COMPUESTO DE ACCIÓN ALTAMENTE ANTICRIPTOGÁMICA A PROCEDURE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A HIGHLY ANTICRIPTOGAMIC COMPOUND OF ACTION hTTps://worldwide.espacenet.com/publicationDetails/biblio?II=0&ND=3&adjacent=true&locale=en_EP&FT=D&date=19640716&CC=ES&NR=296391A1&KC=A1# Anticryptogamic composition My present invention has for its object to forestall and fight mildew of wheat and cereals generally, as well as cryptogamic parasites of plants and their products. From old times the baleful destructive action of mildew on grains and cereals generally is known in agriculture, as well as the serious damage inflicted by cryptogams to plants. Mildew, especially, is easily recognized by its rusty colour to which the name of "rust" of this malady is due. No efficient remedy of this malady has hitherto been known, as every means devised for fighting it, besides being inefficient, presented difficulties in actual practice, leaving alone the high cost which made the process anti-economical. hTTp://www.freepatentsonline.com/2138733.html Powdery mildew, caused by the fungus Blumeria graminis, is one of the most common and damaging foliar diseases in wheat. Powdery mildew exists almost everywhere wheat is grown. As an obligate parasite, the fungus grows only on living tissue. hTTps://www.cropscience.bayer.us/learning-center/articles/powdery-mildew-in-cereal-crops Oat fungal diseases are major constrains for this crop. Among the pathogenic fungi infecting oats, biotrophic pathogens such as the powdery mildew agent Blumeria graminis f.sp. avenae, with very efficient mechanisms of spread, are the most difficult to control by means of crop management, such as rotation. The use of resistant cultivars is one of the best alternatives to control these pathogens, since it avoids the use of expensive chemicals that threaten consumers and the environment (Stevens et al., 2004). However, the resistance obtained is often overcome by emerging pathogenic races. This is mainly caused by the inappropriate use of resistance sources, of monogenic nature. Thus, it is necessary to identify novel sources of resistance and, furthermore, characterize the specific resistance responses/mechanisms at cellular and molecular levels. In breeding terms this may allow the combination of responses acting during different fungal developmental stages and the use of mechanisms with a polygenic base, as well as aiding the selection process (Prats et al., 2007). hTTps://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1111/j.1365-3059.2011.02453.x AGATT

SC Johnson & Son Tenuous References...News Home Insecticides Market Growth by Upcoming Trends through 2017-2022 | Key Players are SC Johnson & Son, BASF SE, DuPont, Syngenta, etc. hTTps://www.openpr.com/news/1774311/Home-Insecticides-Market-Growth-by-Upcoming-Trends-through-2017-2022-Key-Players-are-SC-Johnson-Son-BASF-SE-DuPont-Syngenta-etc.html The wide environmental concerns in the home insecticides market occupies a significantly greater role in the dynamics of the home insecticides market. Several of these concerns may be partly put to rest if proper application and spraying guidelines for home insecticides are followed. Nevertheless, focus of end users in the home insecticides should be controlling exposure to reduce the toxicity effect. On the other hand, the advent of home insecticides that are organic or labeled minimally toxic and their commercial availability are opening promising avenues in the global insecticides market. hTTps://www.scjohnson.com/en-gb/our-news …………………… hTTps://finance.yahoo.com/news/sc-johnson-signs-agreement-acquire-160500687.html hTTps://www.trustthebum.com/ hTTps://twitter.com/edenresearch/status/1139578132036542468

Overall, my impressions of the site are so bad that I would be ashamed to be associated with it, were it my own strictly for social media relations with my immediate family. Let alone any kind of shop window for a multi billion USD market. Spelling mistakes, slapdash punctuation. I guess Biron must have knocked it together himself over a free couple of hours, which does beg the question, why is this presentational aspect so unimportant to EDEN, and whoever is actually doing the graft. Doesn't it let them down somewhat?

Looking again via the link to TT you supplied, it says that the biocidal mite spray has been 100% efficacy tested. Frustrating that we have no detail on this, nor the safety regulatory aspect. "99 % ingredients are from natural origin Patented encapsulation technology 100% efficacy tested Fleas, dust mites, moth, head lice, bed bugs Effective on all stages of insect development YP Patented encapsulation system World wide."

I'm not convinced it could be years based on how long they have had it in development and the commercial opportunities, patent life... ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- I note your phraseology. I'm tempted to say, you should have less faith in your lack of convincement, on the basis that it might then amount to a statement of actual belief that something will happen in the short term. All we can draw is tenuous inferences, which amount to saying, 'They've sat on this for SO LONG, surely something must finally be afoot!' Grief, I'm sounding like Investing, now. Like I say, six-twelve months, and if it doesn't manifest its promise, I'm gone.

I'm assuming that the majority of the TT range including BedBug treatment are 'developed' and ready to be commercialised and when its not like Nasal Spray TT tell us it's 'under development'. hTTp://www.terpenetech.com/category/products/personal-and-medical-care/ I'm not convinced it could be years based on how long they have had it in development and the commercial opportunities, patent life and the dribblefumes of detail in various RNS's. I'm guessing a bit of a TT fan fare via a commercial partner as a new Range of products is on the Horizon and the delay is related to organising that in tandem with the Bayer CAP products. So I'm guessing it's the legal & commercial paperwork slowing this down in some form rather than the shelf life and formulation BS.

Fair enough. But this could become a full time pursuit, with little to show for it... Maybe an appearance on Mastermind. Special Subject? I'm looking for something more visible. Your link onto bedbugs was interesting, though TT could be years actually doing anything with it. We need to see the launch of their head lice product before end of the year, or I will be wondering, along with many, about the reality of that company's assurances.

Brucie5. I'm just interested by the fact that EDEN granted a patent to Norway in 2014( The Patent, number 334975, which expires in 2025, relates specifically to "compositions containing a hollow glucan particle or a cell wall particle encapsulating a terpene component, methods of making and using them." ) a country whose agricultural output you would not normally associate with Eden's usual target market of high value fruit and Veg and an agricultural sector unlike those of the countries mentioned in the 2013 agribusinessglobal article below where the patent was already granted. It looks like an anomaly to me and I'm always intrigued with where thing take me when at first they appear to make little commercial sense , but what made perfect sense to Eden. The beginnings of this rabbit hole has a Agrinos employee liking Edens new commercial directors appointment and ends atm with Agrinos a Norwegian HQ company an Irving based Biotechnology company which is kind of interesting. All dots that may have no relevance, but of interest to me none the less. hTTps://patents.google.com/patent/US20100040656A1/en hTTps://www.agribusinessglobal.com/agrichemicals/edens-platform-encapsulation-technology-patented/

Interesting spot, Super. Such recurrent issues here, as elsewhere: viz, "A resurgence of bed bugs has occurred over the last 18 years and they continue to spread. One of the primary factors for their resurgence is due to the overuse of synthetic insecticides with similar modes of action, which has led to insecticide resistance development. and "Plant-derived essential oils have emerged as a potential alternative option for the management of insect pests15,16. Because they pose a minimum risk, essential oil compounds are exempt from full EPA registration (Federal Insecticides, Fungicides, and Rodenticides Act-FIFRA, 40 CFR 152.25)17. Some of the drawbacks associated with the use of essential oils for pest control are: (i) short residual life that necessitates frequent applications...." Which is where Sustaine comes in. I look forward to hearing about this particular market opportunity, hopefully before my seventieth birthday....
