I remember you bringing that up. NDA's aside Eden is still very, very poor in communications and delivery.

It is going to be no coincidence in my opinion that newsflow, events and more all happen to align with a happy 45 day period relating to options.

IMVHO It would open up Eden tech to the whole Organic market so something you may mention in passing with caveats at an AGM or in a Shorecap report.

If 3AEY can be used without jeopardising organic farmers' status, i.e. be classified as organic, then I think that most worthy of an RNS.

If not, then Sean needs to contact Sipcam Iberia?

Not yet..as I understand it this needs ratifying higher up the EU food chain but I would judge it to be highly lightly. Sipcam seem to be happy with the prospect.

Yes.. I expect it to apply to all Eden's technology based on Eugenol, Timol and Geraniol.

This will also help Organic growers who currently use the controversial Copper based fungicide products which are more toxic than Eden's currently not approved for organic synthetic chemistry.

Has anyone heard any news about EGTOP/ Organic from anyone other than me?
Many Sipcam folk reported on it confidently but Eden have not mentioned it even at the AGM with caveats, Shore cap I doubt mentioned it and I doubt MW has mentioned it as I've seen no one here refer to it. So it's radio silence on EGTOP from Eden..why???

Well I don't believe that Eden would have changed the status quo for the same outcome; what would be the point?

So to my mind they are chasing a different output drawn from a stronger reach and influence and ability to move the price. Don't forget that a NOMAD's primary role is to ensure the listed company adheres to the rules of the exchange. Thereafter they are there to assist the company in capital raisings, inward investment of the share price, deal making etc. So if Cenkos is not going to make a positive difference then Shore Cap could have easily continued with the adoption of LSE-AIM rules.

I don't accept that Eden would ask and get Shore Capital or any other broker to dampen expectations AND Eden, like any other company are not allowed to suppress price changing news in any shape or form, less that receive the wrath of the exchange, fines, issues with ongoing listing, damage to reputation, find another broker...….

I'm interested to know why you believe Cenkos will do a better job than ShoreCap.

ShoreCap followed the Dampenit strategy that Eden asked them perform imho. Why should a company which seems so tied up with NDA's etc suddenly become more willing to espouse their commercial value with these NDA's still engaged?.

I'm confident that Eden are involved with potato trials but have you ever heard them mention it..other than in tweetlikes?

So With a Eden Director on the TT board and 3rd September as the Back to school date..any guesses as to when we will start to see promotion of the Nit lotions and potions and any from the other mythological consumer product Vertical ?.
