Agree that's why I was asking. Didn't know if it had been tipped anywhere. Can't see any changes from the company to drive this move up.

I have been following these rather lethargically and by luck saw last night's price so have been buying since early this morning;I see that 47m already traded so far today so big numbers for ECSC.
What I have always liked about them compared to BLTG and NCC-which I also hold- is that they have stable management and have grown organically.

This is a sector that really should be making money hand over fist right now, yet for some reason most seem to be finding it hard work.

A for company statements how about:

We note the recent fall in the company share price but are reluctant to say anything until we release our next profit warning as we would prefer to keep our shareholders in the dark. We would like to drive the price down so that we can then issue the BOD with a shed load of options so that we can bolster our already grossly inflated salaries. It is most likely it will take a couple of profit warnings to get to the desired price, but we cannot tell you that as it will most likely spoil the fun.

I am not a holder here but do hold shares in the sector.

This week's edition of Click "Fear and coding in Las Vegas" is devoted entirely to Cyber security, quite scary, but well worth a watch:

Put quite simply, they buy a selection, which will include duffers and flyers.
All with other folks money of course.

You ought to look into TERN / Device Authority
Think you may find the solution

The point a lot of folk seem to be missing is that just because ECSC and FLX are floated and they are easily investable, doesn't mean they are the only businesses in the market trying to get sales.

That is a massive understatement as well.

Its a very crowded marketplace, because its a growth market, so potential customers are bamboozled by the choice.

The larger customers will go to their 'go to' IT consultants to find out what to do first, not straight to ECSC and FLX.

This is all about route to market problems.

Bigger question is about the bod - what's the point in buying if they can't scale the business ?

Hedge Didn't realise they would mess up this fast in a booming sector, this management really need to look at them selves and ask a question are we capable of scaling which after today's warning I think they're NoT, then move aside and get somebody capable or even better merge with likes of Falanx this would create a sizeable business under Falanx's seasoned management.....

"ECSC Management not capable of scaling they hinted towards the problem in 22nd march RNS
"We are mindful of the Degree Of Change being implemented within the business and we are approaching these significant scale changes with appropriate care and attention"

It took them 16 years to get to £4.5 million revenue after listing they had to come out of their comfort zone and perform to external expectations and that's the "Degree of change". This pointed towards problems they were experiencing in scaling management unable to deal with scaling I took it as veiled warning in march... ..."

Hamida,

Your only previous post on this thread, prior to today, was a bullish post after the March RNS:

"Net cash generated by operations £600000 things are only going to get better and better"

P.S. I much prefer GOS Systems to FLX. I explain why in post 5817 on the following TGL thread:
"TGL - A Quantum Leap - $26 Billion Market - £2m Mk cap"
Hedgehog 10011 Jun '15 - 21:26 - 5817 of 7549

GOS was previously owned by TGL, but was transferred to Intelicrypt Tactical Solutions after TGL delisted, with TGL shareholders receiving shares in ITS on a one-for-one basis.
GOS is reported to be performing well, and ITS is expected to float within the medium term - perhaps even this year.
