You just need to look at the web page and what comes out in terms of sales & marketing comms and compare it against say a company like Adarma Security. Also their SOC technology stack must not be working otherwise they wouldn't have partnered with securonix. They will be running two separate stacks or will need to migrate. Either way it will be concerning to anybody who is in the process of a close buying decision

The internal organisation between marketing and sales is a shambles. Interesting on the results of these big MDR deals that were going to drop in December

Yes jane deer for that,
While it is easy for me to get to Mello.I did not join you as of all the companies presenting ECSC was the only one I follow.
Must have had some effect as by ECSC standards Tuesday and Wednesday with 21k and 25k shares traded were busy.

I thought Matthew Briggs sounded quite convincing at Mello today. It was consistent with the line in the InvestorMeetCompany presentation on 4 October. It does sound like there are a few “relatively simple” improvements that can be obtained by setting clear goals and responsibilities. Still the proof of pudding will be if company can generate consistent positive free cash flow.

I am thinking about increasing but put off by fact that someone wanted/needed to sell 15k shares and cratered the price.

I will write up something when I can go through the recording.
I thought Mathew Briggs came across very well but of course we will need to see him deliver. Like you jane deer I liked the division of roles and also take your point we have had plenty of false dawns.

Good to hear that they are currently cash flow positive and will be great if his optimism about landing big orders this year comes through.

At least Matthew Briggs seems to have his own views and Ian Mann’s role is delineated - no micromanaging and no management job decisions. Maybe a turnaround can be as simple as this and the recent stated pick up in activity is pleasing (I know we have heard such improvements before only before the next road block). If the £1m in new MDR orders comes in before year-end I might start believing. Certainly with the current market cap at £2.5m, not much expectation is being priced in.

Revenue flat again, they have dropped margin on MDR/SOC too. Chasing revenue no doubt. No sign that they have turned anything around yet. No mention of EBITDA... With Mann still in the background the new MD will have his work cut out. Mann won't easily walk away.

I see that Allenby are forecasting cash at £460k at end of this year and £590k at the end of next year. Let's hope their optimism is justified. I see they have a fair value at 130p.
Not planning to do anything till IMC session.

In an environment where, theoretically, IT security should be doing well, it amazes me that all of these minnows - FLX etc - just don't show meaningful growth.

Bargepole.

Difficult for me to know what to think about this till we have the IMC to get from the new CEO what he sees as the issues and how he plans to resolve them and the reactions that other investors have to him will determine the evolution in the share price.
The other big question is on their liquidity position. I see they have given themselves a pass mark on the Going Concern statement. Disappointed that there was no comment in the interims on the liquidity and I assume their lender did not give them the second tranche of £500k.Good that they reduced cash burn and have the tax coming due but any increase in activity will bring working capital pressures and based on H1 cash outlow they will very shortly have nothing in the bank.

This is what happens when someone needs to sell 25k shares.
Let us see what next Tuesday brings. I note the rather unusual one week gap between the results and the IMC presentation.
