04/3/2025 11:18:51 | Doc blatantly deceived investors by falsely denying plans for a placement, only to ambush them with one later-a predatory move to sting unsuspecting shareholders. All while aggressively hyping a phantom 'imminent tax deal' to artificially inflate share prices. Months later, this 'deal' remains a ghost-a manipulative carrot dangled to justify pumping the stock before securing a final cash grab at inflated valuations. Worse, this company has yet to produce a *single ounce of gold*, yet now pivots to a dubious Canadian venture riddled with red flags. The pattern is glaring: lies to lure investors, zero deliverables, and a sudden shift to high-risk ventures when the heat rises. This isn't just reckless-it's a calculated scheme reeking of exploitation. Investors, open your eyes: the stench of deceit is overwhelming. | hamidahamida

the plot thickens
Mr Kenneth Russell the director and largest shareholder of Maximus Minerals via his personal shareholding and through his one half ownership of Stirling Bridge Resources (with his wife owning the other half) just happens to also be a director of StockBox media along with the presenter Mark Fairburn
no coincidence then why Mark has been doing all the ECR promotional vids of late !!
hope ECR were getting mates rates for promoting a company they are buying from the same owner of the company employed to do the hard sell promotions ?
I am surprised none of the LSE sleuths have mentioned Dirty Docs 500,000 Maximus shareholding yet ?
the more you dig the more it stinks of secret handshakes all round !! | herecomesthesun

03/3/2025 12:07:01 | Seems like all the good news is baked into the price. Very odd response to what is obviously transformational and groundbreaking news. And no doubt the FCA are fast asleep. | kemche
03/3/2025 11:18:59 | Snowy - just wait until the US opens then we will see. Bet against the Doc, Nick and David at your peril!

03/3/2025 10:02:28 | Sounds like life-partners of our big two have put forward a wish list of where they'd like to go on vacation, and they are then responsible for reasons to travel there at other people's expense. ;-)

03/3/2025 09:52:38 | Truly transformational! In one fell swoop ECR becomes an international miner of repute as it tries to emulate GLEN. My complete faith in the Doc and Nick Tulloch continues to be utterly vindicated.
Whoosh!

03/3/2025 09:36:52 | I figured there was too much talk about the increasing price of antimony for the sale to go ahead. With luck, we should get a lot more than £2m for the losses plus antimony resource. However, an acquisition was totally unexpected, especially one in Canada. (A bit like Helium One.) This needs some detailed explanation. However, I don’t think it warrants a drop in share price | barony
