13/2/2025 08:05:34 | Sounds cheering.
ECR remains engaged in advanced discussions with Octo Holdings Pty Ltd ("Octo") regarding the proposed sale of the entire issued share capital of MGA for a total cash consideration of A$4.5 million as most recently announced on 3 February 2025. In addition to these ongoing discussions, ECR has experienced a notable increase in interest in MGA from additional parties. As announced on 23 December 2024, under the contemplated proposed disposal structure, it is anticipated that the Bailieston gold and antimony exploration project will remain in MGA and therefore would be included in a proposed disposal of MGA. The Directors believe that this heightened interest in MGA comes amid rising antimony prices in certain markets and growing global interest in the strategic importance of the metal.
Several new parties have recently joined the data room, and the Company continues to receive unsolicited enquiries, both directly and indirectly through its advisers. Following the Company's announcement on 3 February 2025, ECR confirms that additional confidentiality agreements have been signed with two interested parties this week, bringing the total number of such agreements to six. | hazl

12/2/2025 17:32:11 | "I'll give this 12 months before lights out.."
What an utterly ridiculously thing to say. We have at least 7 more fundraisings left - possibly.
Excellent interview with the Doc! | kemche

11/2/2025 16:39:29 | Down on good news again and I reckon Tantalum will be a critical mineral which might benefit from the recent announcement re tax. | barony
11/2/2025 15:39:32 | Barony - maybe ppm is the preferred way of describing concentrations in unconsolidated alluvial, sedimentary bodies, whereas g/tonne would be more appropriate in cores, or bulk rock samples?
Nonetheless, I agree that reference to some sort of conversion factor would be helpful | spangle93
11/2/2025 14:41:41 | ppm is used for a reason and the reason is that it's great. Classic treeshake on that stupendous RNS.
I continue to average down.
GLA LTHers!
The very idea that the Doc and Nick cannot deliver is simply laughable. | kemche
11/2/2025 14:35:16 | 1000 ppm =0.1%. So that’s roughly what the best gold result was. I prefer g/tonne, or, even better, oz/ton. There are 1 million g in a tonne. Therefore, 1275g/tonne, is ~1275g, roughly 40oz/ton, which is pretty bloody good! Around $120,000 US. Ecr stop using ppm and stick to grammes, or ounces please, so we don’t get confused! | barony
11/2/2025 08:02:20 | It's the niobium that is 0.1% and in a stream sample is probably significant. Au samples are in ppm. | soulsauce
11/2/2025 07:52:11 | Am I missing something here? 0.1% Au isn’t great, is it? | barony

11/2/2025 07:38:50 | Adam Jones, ECR's Chief Geologist, said: "These latest results from the Lolworth Project reinforce our confidence in the Project's gold and critical minerals potential. The discovery of high-grade gold samples in new areas, along with potentially significant niobium-tantalum values, highlights the untapped potential of this under-explored region. We look forward to further defining these targets through drilling in 2025."
Nick Tulloch, ECR's chairman, said: "Although visiting Lolworth was not on the itinerary for my recent visit to Australia, it featured prominently in discussions during the week. The scale of the project area and our ongoing very promising results from the work we are undertaking there gives us considerable optimism for our forthcoming drilling plans. Our partnerships with Geological Survey of Queensland and James Cook University at Lolworth are a further reminder of the widening interest of a project that is prospective for both gold and critical minerals." | hazl
07/2/2025 08:03:22 | Highley I still have some here. We can never tell which of the gold miners will make some incredible gold discovery or even drop by the wayside.
It's a bit like oil was in the past.
However I wish everyone well here.
You never know
we could suddenly do an OMI here but that resource is highly unusual I suggest.

ECR reminds me of that Aussie Gold Hunters programme
the ONLY (elephant in the room) difference being it's a PLC
where you have directors taking a large quantity of shares monthly in lieu of any salary for what amounts to doing not much more than writing up a daily dose of carefully chosen promotional claptrap on twitter
a lifestyle that has been to date very well funded by dirty docs faithful followers
whereas the Aussie Gold Hunters are all self funded as they scratch around in the dirt daily hoping to one day strike it rich
as for all this 2025 production ?
pull the other one !!
