I've just bought a few. Cheap as chips.

Why delay news?

Cos it's so big it's too big for the printer, so they're awaiting a bigger one to be delivered.

Few 100k here and there is nothing really. Shame the early rise has been sold into though.

Not sure if seen here as borrowed from another thread, but very relevant to ECR. Endorses a smart move :-)The $2b exploration boom quietly under way Financial Review - 11th March 2021 An “unprecedentedâ€? flow of cash into the high-risk mineral exploration sector has sparked a drilling boom that is causing huge backlogs at the laboratories whose assays determine success or failure. More than $2.2 billion flowed into the 656 pre-revenue explorers on the ASX in the final three months of 2020, in a result that was 72 per cent higher than average and was described by advisory firm BDO as “unprecedentedâ€?.... ....The laboratory backlog is even more severe in Western Australia, where the state government was last month forced to extend a deadline for Rio Tinto to submit waste rock samples from its Hope Downs 4 iron ore mine because there was no prospect that laboratories in the state would be able to assay the samples before July..... ....Drilling company DDH1 Limited listed on the ASX on Tuesday and has its fleet of 96 rigs booked almost solid for the rest of calendar 2021. DDH1 founder Murray Pollock said mining companies and explorers were starting to panic-book rigs the way households had hoarded toilet paper in the early stages of the pandemic. “The demand is enormous, we just cannot keep up,â€? he said. “I think there is a bit of panic out there and perhaps some companies are booking up rigs [because] they know they have to get in there, but they might not know exactly what they are going to do with them. “Once that starts it is a bit like the pre-COVID toilet paper rush.â€? DDH1 has drilled holes 2000 metres deep at Newcrest Mining and Greatland Gold’s Havieron project in WA and 2500 metres deep at BHP’s Oak Dam in South Australia..... https://www.afr.com/companies/mining/the-2b-exploration-boom-quietly-under-way-20210309-p5796h

That’s true RE the quartz. Having it confirmed as a geographical trend rather than an anomaly could certainly be worth holding on for perhaps? Pure speculation though!

yes saw that on ORR ... very sobering grades. Let's hope CB has not got ahead of himself here

We anticipated a few metres at 15g/t based on historical data, our on site XRF confirmed, but then we encountered "quartz" for a further couple of hundred metres. If gold was there we wouldn't know if it were an isolated anomaly or not, but hole number 2 would reveal the answer, at least between the two holes.

My guess is that they are on to something interesting, possibly big, maybe massive if it's Fosterville mineralisation, hence the delay while they work it out.

I'd say so looking based on the first hole. Is it possible they are planning to correlate both results for one more substantial RNS or would they have to release hole 1 results as soon as it's analysed as it's market sensitive?

Either way based on preliminary analysis all looked good + visible gold was a big plus.

Hoping for a license update soon also as CB has reiterated they are due any time.. Perhaps the final piece of the jigsaw to tie up the JV.

I suspect some ORR money may migrate over today.

They should be near to completing hole number 2 at Byron, and maybe if results are similar to hole number 1 we can show a line of continuation?

Well I've topped up again, a few getting jitters, if i've learnt anything this last year is things always take longer than you expect in regards to JVs and Assay results! These guys aren't wasting their time and have chosen the best assets out of a bunch for themselves. That shows confidence to me.

Amazing how fickle many are, jumping ship on the cusp of news. I swear the market is dominated by red bull drinking OCD tik tok ‘traders’; these days.. jumping around like fleas on a dog.

I’m fully loaded here with as much as I’m willing to expose at this stage of the game. So much to look forward to.

Naff all volume and impatience = drip

I did top up my last 25k yesterday however, could explain the immediate drop lol, always happens!

There's a reason why they haven't cascaded the assays to us. We know they have them cos they told us.

They'll be showing them off to the majors.
