06/7/2020 17:01 | Director buys in feb 26p but none since, why arent they getting thier hands in the pocket at this daft prices ? | gooner1886
06/7/2020 16:22 | It’s ok for Hammerhead to be talked in terms of a producer but not Eco with the same oil properties.Anyway Cretaceous will yield good quality light crude...in abundance | ltinvestor
06/7/2020 16:11 | Hi ProS2009, Gil would be well advised not to talk about ECO's heavy oil ...after all, people have been saying for some time that it has no value ;-> Or did you mean as part of a poison pill defence ? ATB | extrader
06/7/2020 15:51 | Another buy order filled just under 22p, unless Eco dont drill next year then this is going to be some bargain!! | gooner1886
06/7/2020 07:21 | Rockrose (RRE) snapped up for a significant premium just announced. Viaro Energy buying them out. Wonder if Gil suddenly talking about the heavy oil is because someone is sniffing around ECO and might see it as ideal to make a cheap takeover offer while the share price is depressed and at crazy low prices. | pro_s2009
05/7/2020 17:09 | Thanks for the article mr morrow - very interesting read - I like the analogy of diamonds | 2prsimo
05/7/2020 14:08 | Sounds like Gil is at the bottom of the barrel again, talking up the heavy oil Azinam have recently walked away from PEL 71,44,45 and the Indians have walked from PEL37. Apparently Azinam looking to move into deepwater blocks in Namibia, will they walk from Eco's PEL30 and 33 ?? Tullow already have ! | jimarilo
05/7/2020 11:57 | Yes lots of buys ( said in previous post ) the point being that MM did not go with that buy volume and move price however a couple of sells ( and they were sells at 22 25,it was being offerd by a couple of MM ) and a MM quickly brought ask price down ,it's all the information you need on price movement | tarlok

04/7/2020 14:03 | You need to look at the trades and the time stamps - big buying on Thursday and Friday. | 2prsimo

04/7/2020 06:37 | Some seem to think the huge share price fall is down to letting buyers in......is it not uncertainty linked to the elections? | leoneobull
03/7/2020 15:14 | Here is the play, MM now dropping ask price after just a few sells ( trades at 22.25p earlier today were sells ) despite buy after buy in large sizes yesterday and this morning ...yet no movement up ,now look for more sells as they take bid down ...its how MM work...and make money | tarlok
03/7/2020 08:44 | They know its easy money in 6-8 months thats why | gooner1886
03/7/2020 08:42 | Still letting the 100k buyer/s in! | 2prsimo
03/7/2020 08:00 | PS, no new news not withstanding...or more big buys | tarlok
03/7/2020 07:57 | So we see the play...1.3m shares traded at 22.25p...MM all ways help the big boys for price , now look out for the first sell of the day ,say first trade above NMS and see what happens to the price for small investers . | tarlok
03/7/2020 02:44 | Would be nice to have to update to the market last one was april 1st i believe. Gil been bit quiet | gooner1886
03/7/2020 02:20 | Slide 12 from the recent French version of the M&P presentation shows Azinam have now walked away from PEL44 & 45 Chariot results noted that,Azinam also walk from PEL71 The above is inline with AziNam clearing the decks in a re-focus in Namibia. Exxon/Galp had already paid for a 3D shoot in PEL44 and walked......so why would Azinam want to hang around A shift to GBP PEL29 & 94 where the potential up side is massive compared to the above licences. Also Azinam need cash and a route to market. An interest in GBP and a reverse take-over is a no brainer on many fronts Mean while GBP are clearing the decks by dropping the ASX (just one more trading day left) , which would facilate the RTO Are Exxon and Galp looking at the same potential upside ??? Eco could have some new neighbours soon | jimarilo
02/7/2020 21:15 | Possible - but make it too punitive and you'll isolate the majors - always a balancing act, but so far the Guyanese officials have proven to be quite savvy. Is it worth the risk when you're just starting out as a new oil rich province? | 2prsimo
02/7/2020 21:07 | Nobody mentioned the Guyanese government operating the fields. Increased tax take... | leoneobull
02/7/2020 18:39 | This seems prudent given ECO have no revenue (albeit fully funded)."Given the recent lower oil price environment and current market conditions, since February 2020, the Company has undertaken a strict cost cutting programme across all aspects of the business, aside from the necessary maintenance of certain operations. These include termination of non-core services and cessation of business related travel. In addition, the Board and management are voluntarily taking pay cuts of up to 40% starting in April 2020 and this will be kept under review on a monthly basis thereafter." | leoneobull
