ECO Animal Health Group plc, a leader in the development, registration and marketing of pharmaceutical products for global animal health markets, announces that on 24 November 2022, Andrew Jones, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 8,949 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 83.8 pence per Ordinary Share.

The Company has also been notified that on 25 November 2022, Chris Wilks, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 9,000 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each at a weighted average price of approximately 83.8 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Andrew Jones' and Chris Wilks' total interest in the Company is 16,449 Ordinary Shares and 159,095 Ordinary Shares respectively, representing 0.02 per cent. and 0.23 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital respectively.
