Block listing application
The Company announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
These Ordinary Shares are being reserved under existing and new block listings, and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the Company's 1987 Executive Share Option Scheme and the Employment Related Securities Scheme.
It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 20 July 2017. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue.
