Posting of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

Eckoh plc (AIM: ECK), the global provider of secure payment products and customer contact solutions, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at the offices of Eckoh plc, Telford House, Corner Hall, Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire HP3 9HN on 1 September 2021 at 11.00 a.m.

Given the uncertainty around whether Shareholders will be able to attend the AGM, the Notice refers to the meeting being held with the minimum number of Shareholders in attendance. However, given the recent government announcement that restrictions are being relaxed, we are hopeful that we will be able to welcome a number of Shareholders in person to our AGM, within safety constraints and in accordance with government guidelines.

Given the constantly evolving nature of the situation, we want to ensure that we are able to adapt arrangements for our AGM efficiently to respond to changes in circumstances. We will therefore be keeping the situation under review and will make a further announcement confirming arrangements by 18 August 2021, two weeks before the AGM.

We would, in any case, encourage all Shareholders to appoint the Chairman as their proxy ahead of the meeting. This will ensure that their votes will be counted if ultimately they (or any other proxy they might otherwise appoint) are not able to attend the meeting. All valid proxy votes to be exercised by the Chairman of the meeting will also be included in any vote taken at the meeting. The results of the votes on the proposed resolutions will be announced, in the normal way, via the Regulatory News Service as soon as practicable after the conclusion of the AGM.

The Company has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2021, together with the Notice of AGM, to those Shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies of both documents are available to download on the Company's website at www.eckoh.com.
