Grant of Awards under new PSP

Eckoh plc announces that on 23 November 2017 nominal cost share options were granted to each of the Executive Directors under the Eckoh Performance Share Plan 2017 (the "PSP"), which was approved for by shareholders on 20(th) September 2017 and adopted by the Board of the Company on 15(th) November 2017.

PSP awards were granted as set out in the table below:
