Eckoh plc (AIM:ECK), the global provider of secure payment products and customer contact solutions, announces that it has received notification that, on 25 November 2020, Chrissie Herbert, Chief Financial Officer, purchased a total of 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 63 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Chrissie is beneficially interested in 35,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.01 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
