If you read the full year results you will find that the loss from that contract has been fully reflected in the recent full year results so for this coming year it will no longer have an impact.

According to my records, Eckoh paid a maiden dividend on 10/11/11 (0.1p) and have maintained a dividend payment around Sep/Oct/Nov time ever since.

Granted the dividend cover is a little thin (x 1.2) but at least it's covered. Hopefully the cover will improve with increased US earnings.

Additionally, if memory serves, did Eckoh not buy the freehold on their head office premises a couple of years ago (thus saving on operating costs)?

Plus the "bad contract" should start working its way out of the figures at some point.

Your statement about unexplained problems is the issue. They have cash and no problems. it's a very cash rich generating business

*just 'phoned their head office they couldn't be any more specific than "November"

Surely only a matter of time before companies outsource all payments and sack-off overseas call centres.

mazarin, it was myself who asked originally as I was interested in who was interested in ECK from abroad.

Trouble is, I'm not sure if some of the indication is just one of us on an overseas holiday (myself included).

Thank you for including it so far but, as far as I'm concerned, it's just clutter now and may as well go.

And so the journey continues, up again this morning another 1.75p to reach a second 'All time High' of 55p, that I recall was seen only briefly once last year. And yet we still do not have an RNS or Announcement, its all very strange, as clearly something is going on in the back ground.

Thanks Greg, like all acronyms its fine if you know they mean. Incidentally it's probably not gone unnoticed, but with today's price action (if it continues) building, we're a whisker short of an another 'all-time' time high. Me thinks we're due an RNS 'pretty dang' soon.

acc/dist - after certain targets are reached some investors get out while new ones come in with new targets and that transfet often takes some time.

13 years :o)

I guess it help to start sitting at the right moment in time.

If you have not read Jesse Livermore's book I suggest you take a gander.

Greg I'm not sure what you mean by 'acc/dist' can you explain? I've held and added to these since 2004, does 13 years qualify for 'sitting and waiting'....?

Look at the long term graph, we hit 55 almost 2 years ago.... got a bit ahead of ourselves but that acc/dist phase is coming to an end soon and we will be making the next big push in the next 6 months or so after that breather.

ECK's been making small but steady gains of late without any significant News to justify them, so I think it'll only need a couple of (RNS) Contract wins to push it further. Perhaps someone or an Institution is building a stake. Either way there's clearly something quietly going on here in the back ground? We're certainly due an announcement, given the sales momentum in US referred to in March Results and following Press comment made in May.
