Appointment of Broker

Echo Energy, the South and Central American focused upstream gas company, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Hannam & Partners to act as Financial Adviser and Corporate Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

The Company believes that Hannam & Partners bring a proven capability to originate and execute asset and corporate level transactions in line with the Company's strategy for corporate growth across the region, as well as supporting the Company on its interface with investors and providing targeted research for the company.

Hannam & Partners is a privately-owned, relationship-led merchant bank that specialises in offering independent corporate finance and capital markets advice to companies, institutions and governments. Hannam & Partners has a wealth of sector expertise with an active E&P base and a growing client list.

In line with the Company's need for Market Making services and a retail trading platform a second Broker will be appointed to work alongside Hannam & Partners. An announcement of this appointment will be made in due course.
