26/6/2018 11:32 | Oh yes, that completely passed me by, thanks. | bandflex
26/6/2018 11:24 | Announced here: | steelwatch
26/6/2018 11:12 | AGM? It would have been announced in advance in an RNS, I've not seen it. | bandflex
26/6/2018 10:55 | Need to see that 16p level confidently broken. I think the consolidation will take a little longer as there will no doubt be loosely held placing shares that will need a new home. If the next drill on Frac D is successful, well, it's anyone's guess where this could end up. Seems to be an awful lot for little ECHO and CGC to now get their arms around - a nice problem to have ;o) | paradores

25/6/2018 15:52 | Exciting times - and still seems a tad 'secret squirrel'. No harm in that, the word will out soon enough. To the Springfield at Molino Sur of course add ELM-1004 to the north which looks a little gem of a find. I wonder how long before that could be producing/connected? | paradores
25/6/2018 14:56 | The 500m is for the Topifera only, don't ignore the shallow Springfield formation it contains 20m of shows, which the CPR attributed a possible 60MMbbls. Nothing was attributed to Topifera in the CPR. Thats a total of 520m for the whole well. Also the 120m refers to the naturally fracked rock in the Topifera as I read it, the RNS then goes on to say "with additional potential from the interpreted hydrocarbon column likely to require fracture stimulation as is employed elsewhere in the Austral Basin." So 20m + 120m + who knows how much more from the remaining 380m if stimulated. Analyst presentation this Wednesday apparently, so things might kick-off next week. | bandflex
25/6/2018 11:39 | In Saleem's snippet-interview with the team in BA, did I hear Fiona say there was potential for EMS and this new Tobifera play to "rival" Tapi Aike..? Am I correct? Could be garabatos y mucho mas :o) | paradores
25/6/2018 08:21 | Steel - hats off to Saleem. Thanks for posting. The 2H reserves announcements could be very interesting indeed and all ahead of opening-up of Tapi Aike next year - yup I'll repeat that...next year! What a terrific place to be. One can fully understand the note of caution for the sizing of the EMS play (both Springfield and more excitingly, in the Tobifera). That said I sense considerable confidence with what they found at ELM-1004 in terms of gas flow/pressure, quality show all supported by field adjacency. The big question re EMS of course, is just how big this is... It's either good, very good or MASSIVE (no exaggeration). Becoming clear that ECHO have secured some excellent licences, and having both FRAC C and D in close proximity to pipeline and processing infrastructure should not be under-estimated. ECHO seem to be opening up options and opportunities all over the place. Anyone else struggling to keep up? ;o) | paradores
24/6/2018 21:44 | assuming it flows at commercial rates it sounds like they are planning to accelerate into an appraisal drilling programme asap. | kingivor
24/6/2018 20:38 | ps down dip in laymens terms means there may be some even thicker layers and no oil water contact. I am in for a few more tomorrow | robizm
24/6/2018 20:35 | ps thanks steel for the link | robizm
24/6/2018 20:35 | so it has its own source rock and de risks other structures. They need to go down dip as well. Glad I bought as this formation flows quite well for other operators and if the 120 metres natrually feactured flows well could be a company maker imo | robizm
24/6/2018 17:27 | All the way from Buenos Aires! Courtesy of Saleem Khadir (Top man) | steelwatch
23/6/2018 21:29 | The smx 1001 was put on test in sept 2017 and they perforated 3m and have produced from 1400 to 2000 barrels a day since. They are only now starting to produce some water. They are in the same basin so touch wood we may have a company maker | robizm
23/6/2018 21:00 | Sm x - 1001 well 2005 bopd during May and Crown Point have moved to up their ownership from 25% to 51% of the licence and planning to drill two appraisal wells, first one commencing July. our test waiting on test rig slated for July. | kingivor
23/6/2018 18:59 | Does anyone know when these wells will be tested? | bspgamer
23/6/2018 17:59 | indeed steel but that said crown point are getting 1830 bopd from their discovery SM x - 1001 Tobifera well from just 3 m perforation on long term test. early days but potential complete game changer here | kingivor
23/6/2018 17:14 | Best to wait for further announcements. Otherwise, it would just be a wild guessing game. | steelwatch
23/6/2018 17:06 | What would a good flow rate of light oil be on extended test. 2000+ bopd ? | kingivor
23/6/2018 16:21 | can find much info on the laguna maria oil field. Loads on crown point and pumping oil fron the tobifera. a lot of flow from a narrow sequence (3 metres) | robizm
22/6/2018 11:46 | Possibly that some significant transactions-transfe | knackers |
