Steelwatch, Fact from H/L , and this is in line with many other posts:

from H/L, apologies if already posted:

"Excess Applications have been scaled back such that our clients have received approximately 1.45% of any excess amount applied for. Refunds will be made in respect of the unsuccessful part of any application when we receive the cash back from the Company"

Greenberry/Continental and partners

I find it interesting in the 18th April RNS when Echo is presenting its new investor Spartan Fund:

"The institutional investment will, subject to approval by shareholders, consist of a £10 million placing of new equity to Spartan Fund (a Bahamas based energy specialist institution) priced at or around market on the date of signature of binding greements (the "Issue Price") with a 10% commission payable by the Company."

Why are the Echo Energy guys not saying it as it is - Spartan Fund is a related party to Greenberry / Continental.

From an offer document when Continental and Spartan Fund jointly acquired Source BioScience

"The Joint Offerors are also deemed to be acting in concert with Spartan Fund Ltd. (SAC)
(“Spartan̶1;) and Ottotto Srl (“Ottotto̶1;) for which Continental acts as investment adviser
(together, the “Continental Investors”)."

hxxp://continentalip.ch/Form%208%20(OPD)%20-%20Offeror%20-%20Source%20BioScience.pdf

I really like the Echo's presentation of what Spartan Fund is "a Bahamas based energy specialist institution", well from what I can see this Bahamas based energy specialist acquired a biotech firm last year.

I have it on authority that all excess applications were scaled back to just 0.523239% regardless of how many extras applied for. Seeing all kinds of figures being quoted so some brokers' maths must be up the creek.

Thanks for the new thread. Well informed & civilised!

I expect just 3500 new shares on a low request for 666,666 extra shares....
IMO this very restricted extra allocation means the ord share price will be stronger than 0.028p price previously discussed here there & everywhere.
Then divide by 25 & x25 SP!

I would have prefered for all PIs to get whole requested amount @ 0.00265p!

Still waiting for my stock. Would suggest they are drip feeding the 00 to control any mass selling. Nice idea but it's putting me of buying more
