I would agree with that assesment but won't underestmate the chance something comes along to upset the expectation. It is also well geared to a recovery, even if slow, post virus.

Apart from that stock overhang, I imagine normally it is a thin market, if that has been cleared we should easily move back to the 25p level before any improving fundamentals at the company........

L&G tend to be lazy on holding updates so we may need to wait a while for that. What would be useful is to find out who the buyer is.
