21/7/2020 14:54 | I did go back into these for a small amount and doing a catch up to see if I should buy more. They must be glad to have bought Digital Decisions when they did both as they would have had the time to make good headway with the integration before lock down and also due to the way the industry has developed over the last months. Also good that they have financial flexibility. I suppose we will need to wait for the interims to get the take of the new CEO on what is going on and the extent they have been able to compensate for the drag that their historic involvement in the auto industry is having on the business. It must be difficult for a new CEO to get a good feel of how things are via zoom. Let's hope we do not have to wait yo the last days of September - the release date for the last two years-to get the results. I plan to go back to sleep on this but would be good to hear comments from those of you who follow the advertising industry. | cerrito
20/5/2020 09:03 | Kitchen sink today. New boss will have share options. | russman
20/5/2020 07:16 | I was a holder of these for a short time earlier in the year. Read the RNS this morning with a view to getting back in. Good to see the operations in Germany and China opening up but for me that is reflected in the very recent increase in the share price I see the shares as correctly priced, and with the widish bid offer spread little incentive to buy. | cerrito
23/4/2020 09:33 | Errr no. The last few RNSs are fairly clear on debt levels. | spooky
22/4/2020 09:24 | Shouldnt there be 20m of net cash? Bit surprised to see net debt. | allonblack
22/4/2020 08:26 | Only observation is the word "growth". Considering the pandemic, I would have said steading the boat, effective long term planning, prioritise strategic goals. | russman
22/4/2020 06:17 | £6m of net debt and Co will report a profit of £6.2m on £68m turnover. Attractive | imjustdandy
22/4/2020 06:11 | Outstanding appointment as CEO. Feels a bargain down here at 30p | imjustdandy
23/2/2020 17:52 | Missed Friday's actions but catching up now. The market has been sleeping here with the stock available to buy in the early and mid 30's for an eternity in market time on overhang clearance news. Only Spooky has commented on the seller clearing here and thus the opportunity. Just looking at the trades, someone has come in for 1.4m at 38p and then another significant buy of 550k art 39p on Friday. Clearly the previous post on very significant demand holds even truer on that type of buying. Edison (ok, it's Edison) have put out a note on Friday regarding the value opportunity here: Looking at the earnings forecast of 5p for the new financial year (coupled with the anomalous price due to a seller in size needing cleared - now cleared) I'd be surprised if this doesn't head to (and settle) around that late 50's level from where it fell recently. I'd lob some there awaiting further news. | sphere25
21/2/2020 17:45 | I’m in for a few at 38p. Chart looks like it’s trying to break out. Hoping for 60p here. RM | rampmeister
21/2/2020 17:29 | Big day bottom in blue sky next week | nw99
21/2/2020 17:23 | Kabouter kaput:- | cwa1
21/2/2020 16:15 | Well, it was mid when I posted that ;-) | cwa1
21/2/2020 16:14 | Decent size-1.4M-just gone through at 38p mid. | cwa1
21/2/2020 13:49 | What's a fair value of these shares? | hiraniha
21/2/2020 10:28 | Added a few here. | matt123d
21/2/2020 10:23 | Wonder who bought them all | nw99
21/2/2020 10:20 | Good news if Kabouter are done and the holdings in firmer hands, hope so. | cwa1
21/2/2020 08:52 | Todays announcement confirms the seller is done. His outstanding holding traded yesterday. | spooky
20/2/2020 16:28 | May I just thank the Brummy. Extremely useful tables. I spotted this yesterday but was busy trying to decide whether or not to sell some Sylvania which I did topslice. But the data posted took me back to the Wednesday EBQ trading update, to look at some financials and get a cursory understanding of the past twelve months. Naturally I am hoping they can pull off a recovery and more here. And these big volumes often indicate bottoms (and indeed tops) in my experience. | srichardson8
20/2/2020 14:51 | That looks like the end of the seller. There may be a follow on bigger trade later which will be his block IMO. | spooky
20/2/2020 10:25 | Hmmm thats not a straightforward one to answer. IMO the company has not been managed with shareholder returns in mind. The CEO and CFO have now left the building and with Cannacord/Hambro owning more than 20% of the company i expect things to change going forward. The seller is not done yet IMO, i would expect several million more to trade in the near future. | spooky
20/2/2020 10:14 | Interesting valuation - not been in this one before. Why is it so cheap? Someone has picked up a 3m block with another 606k mopped up - both reported after the close. That is very significant volume for this stock. | sphere25 |
