Rather belatedly I checked on the voting at the AGM. I saw that voter turnout was 65% which is high for an AIM company and for me good news and I saw that all resolutions sailed through so the Chairman, who I rate, seems to have the shareholders squared away.

The Chair & COO fired MK and placed COO as Interim CEO, which was a disaster. SIX very senior staff all resigned and have now left or in last days of notice. Very profitable Compliance division has been decimated with CEO, COO & US, APAC MD's all left in last month. poor performance is not CV related, its poor Mgmt appointments, AGAIN

Thank Cerrito, I have now. Once owned this a while back. Acquisitions, make me think a fund raise or 2 may be in the offing.

Anyone know why Michael Karg stepped down so abruptly? Gather Sept will be a chance to clear decks and let all bad stuff see some sun?

Frustrating to see the drift on very low volumes, I suspect trading will have picked up in recent weeks.......

Usually it takes 90 days for new CEO to announce his grand plan.

Ad industry still in shock. Not only on spend changes but also achieving new productive access to targets as many habits have changed. Anything that increases efficiency will see demand but it's not settled down after this first 6 months of disruption.

I did go back into these for a small amount and doing a catch up to see if I should buy more. They must be glad to have bought Digital Decisions when they did both as they would have had the time to make good headway with the integration before lock down and also due to the way the industry has developed over the last months. Also good that they have financial flexibility. I suppose we will need to wait for the interims to get the take of the new CEO on what is going on and the extent they have been able to compensate for the drag that their historic involvement in the auto industry is having on the business. It must be difficult for a new CEO to get a good feel of how things are via zoom. Let's hope we do not have to wait yo the last days of September - the release date for the last two years-to get the results. I plan to go back to sleep on this but would be good to hear comments from those of you who follow the advertising industry.

I was a holder of these for a short time earlier in the year. Read the RNS this morning with a view to getting back in. Good to see the operations in Germany and China opening up but for me that is reflected in the very recent increase in the share price I see the shares as correctly priced, and with the widish bid offer spread little incentive to buy.

Errr no. The last few RNSs are fairly clear on debt levels.

Only observation is the word "growth". Considering the pandemic, I would have said steading the boat, effective long term planning, prioritise strategic goals.

£6m of net debt and Co will report a profit of £6.2m on £68m turnover. Attractive

Missed Friday's actions but catching up now. The market has been sleeping here with the stock available to buy in the early and mid 30's for an eternity in market time on overhang clearance news. Only Spooky has commented on the seller clearing here and thus the opportunity. Just looking at the trades, someone has come in for 1.4m at 38p and then another significant buy of 550k art 39p on Friday. Clearly the previous post on very significant demand holds even truer on that type of buying. Edison (ok, it's Edison) have put out a note on Friday regarding the value opportunity here: https://www.edisongroup.com/publication/accentuating-the-opportunities/26195/ Looking at the earnings forecast of 5p for the new financial year (coupled with the anomalous price due to a seller in size needing cleared - now cleared) I'd be surprised if this doesn't head to (and settle) around that late 50's level from where it fell recently. I'd lob some there awaiting further news.
