I am following it but not too much happens with this share except at results time. Results are normally encouraging and price rises, only to fall back somewhat, followed by long periods of no action.

I am a longtime holder but admit that the inactivity is boring. Unless the next announcements are very encouraging I may finally sell up. This announcement should tell us about the inaugural dividend--it has been a long long time coming.

And a steady rise in share price from 114p to 132p in a short period. It appears to coincide with the announcement of results late in the month.
Are there whispers of anything?

These share options are always favourable to the people who set the rules for themselves. However, I take this to mean that IF the targets are achived then these folk can sell share at the then market price and pay only 25p per share to buy so if they vested now they buy at 25p and sell at 125p making a profit of 100p per share. They can only do this if they achieve targets which are always expected to be achievable.

Award of share options:- Am I reading this right? The directors award themselves share options (under an "incentive" plan) where the exercise price is 25p and the current share price is 125p!
Where is the incentive in that?

go back to 2008 / 2009 or so. all announced then - can't remember exact date.

VSS were a massive holder, and also warrant holder. Now they are not, and have a zero holding. This is good for the long term, as improved share liquidity, improved Board structure, and improved general marketability of shares. VSS came on board via a deal a few years back, where they were the owner of one of the businesses EBQ bought.

The company thinks the results published yesterday are very good but no movement in share price yesterday and down slightly today so they cannot be perceived generally as "very good", but they looked OK to me.

This share is more like a chess game than a football match--most of the time nothing appears to be happening. It is now within a whisker of its IPO price of 125p. It rises very slowly but it usually does rise!!

Trying to get the Annual report (printed version) out of this company is like trying to get blood out of a stone!
