Makes more sense to me now then when the price was £10+. Personally won't look at these above 650 and even then would depend on the situation. Summer is already lost and suspect the ski season wont be much better. What will be left by next summer?

Heading back to about 4.80 ish, another capital raise now required, this will be owned by bond holders by xmas. Brexit, covid fiasco, utterly useless wheezing fat boris and that idiot Sunak stumbling through this, a hardcore recession facing U.K., inflation rising for all the wrong reasons, utterly terminal, index at May 1999 levels. Sell U.K. buy US growth denominated in USD for protection.

Both Catalonia and the Valencia Communidad/Costa Blanca have gone into or are about to reintroduce night time curfews - no night life for the holiday makers there then!

Cloudwatcher I suspect its to keep tourists in the UK.
The situation is deteriorating rapidly in Europe so no hope of any Summer travel now. Plus Europe will need to restrict soon.
The share price has defied gravity but the reality is starting to sink in I am afraid.

yes , perusing chart again I can see what you mean dealer1972 . having a mini bounce now and might get to about 830 but markets in bearish mood today with US indices futures falling .

Maybe some support at £7.90 but suspect will look to close the gap at £7.65 following any short term bounce imo.

gapping down on chart with 700 as worst case scenario . Will probably bounce before then as nothing goes down in a straight line normally .Shorters will have made quite a bit .

Completely off topic but why am I forced to get a test to visit 'amber' countries with much lower covid levels then say Scotland and then forced to get a test to return again. This is purely a money making excercise and i suspect there is a 'fee' being paid to a corrupt govt or to the tory party I was recently returning to the uk for one day and then leaving again and was told I still had to pay for the day 2 and 8 test regardless of the fact I wouldn't be there to use them! I'd love to see a legal challenge to this. Can anyone think of another example where British citizens are forced to buy a service they do not want from private companies?

Wouldn't touch Easy at these prices. I bought, sold, took my profit and will now wait for the inevitable collapse

Indeed. You have to ask yourself why the UK Government insists on PCR tests (for Brits) to come in, but not to go out (assuming prior vaccination). The logical conclusion can only be that they are incompetent or unfair or discriminating on the basis of race (ok to export covid but not to import it) and/or relative wealth (ability to pay for pointless tests). Or all of them.

Meanwhile, let's pack 140,000 people into Silverstone...

@jstalin

Why? They are probably worth south of 6 quid, more capital raising coming and will need more sale and leaseback, U.K. is a terminal sxxthole at the best of times and this is listed on the most hated hopeless index in the world, oil prices are rising and the U.K. is never going to get on top of covid. Must be better places to invest, US growth maybe with USD protection. Wake up muppets.

I wonder if they regret cancelling so many flights and maybe too late to reinstate them.
