UK government need to vaccinate everyone in Barbados, Antigua, etc - then put them on the green list.

Screw the EU countries.

In fact, if you read my post it's exactly right. A couple of months after vaccination-vaccination is not finished yet. Doors fling open-very soon they'll fling open. Surge in revenue - 277% increase for Portugal already and 75% demand of 2019 summer period expected. Spot on six months ahead. Thanks for posting.

Thanks for taking the time to rifle through my posts (bit weird) however, if you read my post yet again it still stands. Revenue is set to rapidly increase once the doors open...All very simple of course. Given your superior intelligence, I expect you'll be taking out an even bigger short every single time an EU country hits the green list. Great idea! xx

You’re certainly not ‘right’ six months on - here is an example of one of your laughable posts from six months ago to prove it!

activeservo - 02 Dec 2020 - 16:34:30 - 1231 of 2000
What a buying op. We all know in a couple of months after vaccination and the doors fling open TUI is pretty much guaranteed to receive a surge of revenue, probably looking at the best year on record.

A bit embarrassing looking at that now, eh?!

Well I'm still right six months on and your angry post has confirmed it too. Really gullible!

Activeservo, you’re very gullible - of course they’re not expecting that. It’s called talking up the market. Next you’ll be telling us that Foxton’s are expecting a bumper year for London house sales and it’s ‘a perfect time to move home’!!

Well..TUI expecting 75% of 2019 demand during peak summer this year, let alone winter hols and next year. Still a bargain.

Nobody disputes that. It will likely happen much later in the year though.

You're going to need more than a bit of inconvenience going to Spain and a pipeline shutdown to reverse a fundamental share recovery.

US pipeline shutdown will affect fuel supply if it lasts more than 2 days.

Best up that short then! You must have some reason to see a downside. Short term panic over amber lists isn’t one but I suppose you could have made a couple of quid today…The only risk for me is another raise just to get it into next year but the huge revenues to come over the summer period may just cut it.

Well not for anybody who wants 3 or 4 day breaks, £300 of covid tests and then 10 days in quarantine unless your retired it is a big no no for most at the moment

Better than no holiday, hence the share price

Not too bad, 4 covid tests and 10 days quarantine when you get back!

Just need to watch vaccine progress in the big EU tourist countries, then watch 300% increase in revenue when each one pops on the green list in the next few months(or weeks..). The amber constraints aren't too bad either.

Still only onwards and upwards. In fact I can't think of a reason for it to decline!

Simon Calder was proved about right.

Easyjet CEO sounded like a man who has been promoted well beyond his level of competence.

Watching the EasyJet CEO right now on Peston (ITV) talking about the upcoming announcement on green lists etc. Deeply unimpressed by him frankly. Lacks charisma and didn’t say a single thing that was particularly insightful.

Simon Calder says that the green list of holiday countries will be Iceland, Malta, Gibraltar, maybe Israel, and possibly Portugal.

Those coming in and out of airport passport checks which can take up to six hours will mix with those coming from red zones according to Lib Dems.

I am thinking that a few days on the Isle of Wight might be a better option.

Gib is a uk dependency so has some influence.

malta is an independent nation and responsible for its own healthcare decisions. If Malta wants to it could do it.

Greeks are doing all people on some of their islands to get tourists back.

Will be interesting to see what Spain and Portugal do on vaccination. They are desperate to get uk tourist income again.

It would be a good idea if the UK gov made sure that Malta was 100% vaccinated. They did that with the Gibraltarians.
