A fascinating article. Worth a read.

Time and time again we learn the need to hold shares in companies like EPO for the long term. Some time we hear a bit of bad news, or we are not happy with progress and it’s easy to hit the sell button. This example shows the need to stick to your conviction and hold and even have the balls to buy when valuation gets to a ridiculous price.

If they hit the revenue targets EPO could quite easily be valued at £1 a share.

IMO DYOR.

SSR, silkstag is here to cause mischief, but the impact is minimal. Why? because she has no impact because they are all lies anyway.

She invested in epo and thought epo was a company for dividends, it's not, its a company taking bold steps. she ignores revenue targets being hit, she pretends there has been aim breaches yet never confirms if she has actually reported the breaches, if they are real. I believe she has tried and failed miserably to report them, hence why she shouts and cries on here like a spoilt little human being.

She ignores future traction, current traction and anything positive. this is because she has a one sided view as a bear , as she did as a bull. Lets look at how ignorant she was as a bull.

'The cliff is moving towards the lemmings.' Silkstag.
Aside from MMs on orderbook, 500k sellers v 2k buyers. Freakish imbalanced seller overhang. Falling knife will gain pace. Price crash imminent. Confidence bust. Imho

“The market is moving towards us.” Hank Uberoi

Watch this company take huge strides in the next couple of years.

SS - you continue to live in the past and keep sulking. The rest of us will look ahead and EPO has a great future.

Steinharter admits EPO is turning the bloated £26m overheads onto turbo-bloat. This desperate attempt to grow turnover will accelerate the transaction price slide travellator (-20% p.a. since fy16).
Double whammy (hiked overheads and falling margins) will mushroom the already huge fy17 -£12m loss into monster losses in fy18 and fy19.
Disaster round in October 2019 of 625m shares @4p, 10 for 1 share consoludation, new management hired to axe the hiked overheads, shut down needless new offices, relocate and sack admin staff and offices to low cost people and areas, terminate the most loss-making customer contracts etc.
Investors in @4p round in Oct 2019 will have a chance at gain. Current holders @17.5p will lose 77% in next 23 months. Sad but true. Up to you
MANDATORY SELL
All imho. Dyor

Silkstag - you are here to cause mischief. You are bitter probably because you have lost money? YOU probably bought too early. Classic amateur mistake. Take responsibility for your own actions and don’t blame others.

Ssr, as all readers know, your libellous fraudulent fabrication is refuted by my cracking Sept 2014 posts. I like exposing dirty management, explaining flawed business models, protecting honourable investors and bating filthy trolls like you. Happy days. Imho

Silkstag - Tell us the truth. Have you lost a lot of money? If so how much? Are you a past employee? Did you get sacked? Was it for lying?

You are a deplorable low life individual.

After EPO's Sept 2014 false forecast funding round the broker price target was +50% rise from round price. How did that work out? -56% fall!
After the Oct 2017 false forecast round it is 'prudent' to remove your dangly bits from the path of the share price falling knife. Unless you want them sliced off? Imho. Dyor

Silkstag posts x40 to suggest it affects epos daily business. It does not. Silkstag posts comments to suggest they are the only relevant thing which dictates epos future.

Silkstag posts trivial trade talk to suggest an element of importance because she can't admit epo is a company who is investing its future.

Silly girl.

TDW and Ssr post that EPO hit its turnover target in fy17. That is a bare-faced lie. Fraudulent misrepresentation. Forecast was £55m turnover. Multiple downgrades. Actual fy17 was £30m. Turnover miss by -£25m.
EPO growth forecasts are always repeatedly downgraded and by huge amounts.
Fy17 forecast +£20m profit. Actual was -£12m loss. Earnings miss by -£32m.
Value destructive confidence crushing trust busting misses in fy17.
MANDATORY SELL. Falling knife toward 4p Oct 2019 round.

“Buy when others are fearful and sell when others a greedy.”

There’s fear amongst some private investors and so there has been some selling. The price has now dropped below what I believe is the value of the company. I will continue to drip feed into EPO in the coming weeks or even months.

Silkstag - what purpose does it serve to write your trash on this board? There’s only a handful of private investors who read and contribute to this. You have obviously lost a lot of money or is a fired former employee. It’s obvious you have a serious grudge against Uberoi. You are wasting your time on earth if this is what you live for, where day in day out you are doing nothing but slating the company. You are a sad fukcer.

Only time will tell if EPO make it. They are heading in the right direction and lots of institutional investors are supporting them in their pursuit. £35m in the bank and an expected £40m revenue this year with a huge plan for global expansion. You obviously don’t see an investment case here. That’s because you are ignorant of the facts and are only interested in the past. You are no investor but a silly fool.
