Eagle Eye , a leading SaaS technology company that creates digital connections enabling personalised, real-time marketing , announces that options over 10,367 ordinary shares of 1p each in Eagle Eye ("Ordinary Shares") in aggregate were exercised on 27 May 2022 by the persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs"), as set out in the table below.
Subsequent to the exercise of these options, these PDMRs sold these Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP5.2723 per Ordinary Share on 27 May 2022, as set out in the table below:

Application has been made for the admission of the 10,367 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 6 June 2022. Following the issue of the 10,367 new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue as at the date of this notice is 26,422,111 with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is, therefore, 26,422,111.
The above figure of 26,422,111 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
