Ive just double doubled my holding anyway, I cant see a director buying in to lose money - or Gatemore for that matter. It's probably just before the 6 week closing period.

I don't know. There'll be a lot of stale holders here though. It floated at a £1 just over 4 years ago and ran into real trouble about 2 1/2 years ago.

They have an exercise price of 1p. Pretty chunky awards....however, they vest on achievement of the following share price targets

3-4-5 Year Share Price target % of Recovery Award that VestsLess than 12.5p 0%12.5p 25%Between 12.5p and 50p Pro-rata on straight-line basis between 25% and 100% 50p 100%

Frankly, if they can get the share price to 50p they can have what they want...lol

Well, they've sorted out the balance sheet, put the new management with incentives in place and raised the money to allow them to deliver their plan. I'm pretty sure they used the interims to kitchen sink. All they need to do now is deliver on their plan...

??
this is raising a net of £3m ish .... are your figures of a change in net assets from £2m to £26m in error?

Whilst I agree with your points in general, the one thing that is keeping down the share price here is the threat of receivership. This is a company turning over £300m with a market cap of just £19m. It's easy to see why. At the interims it had net assets of £2m and net debt of £25m. That isn't good for either shareholders or potential new customers.

As a result of this fund raising that will change to proforma net assets of ~£26m and net debt of ~£2m. Although market cap will rise to £55m, if they can restore some level of profitability here, even 5%, then the share price should double surely.

So they are raising £4.76m gross of new equity (issue of over 25% of current number of shares) to do random stuff with.......

...... then when you read the details its actually to settle Loan Notes - £262.5k some with the directors and more importantly if you read far enough......

Pay accrued interest on those same loan notes of ......

£1.063m !!

So the (buried ) real reason is settling loans and paying interest some (or all?) of which is to directors......

Make of that what you will but the woolly reasons given in the headlines for raising capital - do some stuff but really not specific - pales into insignificance once you read that directors will benefit from the redemption of loans and payment of interest to up to £1.325m !!

Then there will be fees ......

We have to put our trust in this new management.
If it comes off, then the outlook is rosy. Mkt cap £17m, T/O £140m+
