and before anyone asks, they don't generate any cash, in fact they burned through £5.2m in the 6 months interims....yes -£5.2m (negative fcf)....and they have £20m of debt, which I can't see how they can repay considering the aforementioned...the whole situation is very dire

biggest issue here now is the mcap / sp, if they need to raise cash, the dilution would be significant....

Must admit I have lost track of what the latest market forecast was for the results, so much has happened!

Because it's a material adjustment to the accounts which might affect the forecasted outcomes previously notified to the market.
EG - 14th July RNS says results for the financial year adjusted profit before tax in line with market forecasts.
Perhaps now the results will be below market forecasts.

RNS today is just notification of an accounting mistake by management which the auditors have spotted in undertaking their checks prior to signing off the accounts.
That's what the audit is for.

If Menzies have just purchased Gnewt Cargo then IMHO this must have came about from knowledge gained during the recent merger talks.

DX owned 50% of Gnewt Cargo so it looks like the damage to this company keeps on coming.

On the contrary, the chart is similar today as yesterday. Fall due to derampers yapping in the morning, but a good recovery in the afternoon.
The overall fall today is .15p, considerably less than yesterdays .25p.
Possibly a rise tomorrow on the day overall??

Number of trades is well down on yesterday, and today buys outpaced sells 4 to 1.
