14:45		westcountryboy: Hi Mark I always buy the A shares because you get more divi for your purchase. I don't know of any difference other than the right to vote at the AGM, but the absence of that right will necessarily be a turn-off to some people. The best thing is to construct an ADVFN chart comparing the share price of DWHT and DWHA over the last ten years. It is very illuminating. Basically the A shares were once much more fashionable than they currently are, indeed I think the current degree of discount is unparalleled. I would be a buyer of the As today if I didn't already have so many. cheers WCB

14:29		markrogers88: Hi, I was hoping someone might be able to help about the structure difference between A and Voting shares in this company. Does the share price of the A shares compare directly with the voting shares? In other words, do both types of share correspond to the same % claim in the company as the other, and the only difference is the voting premium? I notice the voting shares are down considerably today after those excellent results.

10:49		18bt: No comment on these shares since the finals, which I must admit, I missed and just coaught up on. OTW very encouraging results, quite a bit better than I felt they were forecasting at the interims. The share price has responded since and I am delighted to hold shares in a niche engineering group which is a genuine worlkd leader in its small sphere. It is alos very pleasing that the family continue to be heavily involved and have stukc to their knitting. With £7.5m of cash sitting on the balance sheet, this could be a good time for more small acquisitions. The dilemma for small companies with cash is whether to continue share buybacks and reduce the liquidity still further, but this is a very nice problem to have. Keep up the good work guys!

14:56		dumpling: Put in 1500 "at best". Just gone through @207P. Looks as if it caused the price to drop 1P - sorry about that. It's the first time I recall any deal of mine having an effect on a share price.
