It all makes sense if £150k in cash or 225m in falling shares is all they could get before the company goes tits up. An RTO requires an injection of £30 million. Why would the lenders write off £900k of debt for only £150k cash and shares worth now only £90k if the company was going to be recapitalised at £30 million. I don't believe the RTO story. RNS 12/09/23 - "It should be noted, following the changes to the Main Market, any reverse takeover requires as a minimum enlarged market capitalisation of £30 million and there can be no guarantee that such a transaction can be undertaken."
