No doubt the pandemic has slowed developments but at least hope was given in the last RNS.

I've been in for quite a while, in fact since the summer of 2017. I bought quite a large holding average price 0.42p. I've since top sliced when they got to 1p but still hold.
It's all been much slower than I hoped. There have only been 2 developments over this period, with promises of 'news soon' but it never seems to come. I suppose Covid has held things up and probably made deals with universities very difficult if not impossible to achieve. Nevertheless I remain optimistic although it's going to be a long haul.

Well it can't exactly be the twitterati if only a handful have tweeted about DKE.This share is highly under the radar and is garnering interest because we have news coming shortly which we're awaiting.

About West Derby: at last the Certificate of Completion but a slight change of plan.

Dukemount can also confirm that they are in discussions with a view to making the West Derby development suitable for higher care dependency tenants. This should be of a benefit to Dukemount, as well as the local community. As part of this process, this may necessitate contracting with a new Care Provider who are capable of undertaking this level of higher care provision. Dukemount shall provide further details on this as and when appropriate.

Also other projects still being discussed.

I've no reason to believe that the building wasn't completed. As I reported earlier there was uncertainty about who was going to take over the building. So I suppose we have to wait for that announcement.

We don't know it was completed at that point. Many things can hold up completion of a building project. The builders may have finished, but there still could be other things before handover that need to be finalised.
With each day we get closer and they will tell us as soon as they can.

What do the numpties not understand. There's obviously news in the pipeline and it looks like the share price want's to go up! Is it algorithmic selling (doubt it) or just boneheads.

Looking at the time of that delayed reported one million trade at .7699 I'm not so sure it was a sell.

The previous trade was .726 last evening. The next trades were buys at .795p.

Interesting looking through past announcements and an old interview I put in the header. Pity he didn't follow through on his comment about dividends!

When I visited the site a couple of weeks back I was told the West Derby building would be completed last Monday.

After the number of buys on Tuesday and the very high volume, I thought Wednesday morning would be an ideal time to make an announcement.

I guess they will make the announcement in due course.
