Driver Takeover Rumours (DRV)

sure they should shrink cental costs, but there would come another batch of restructuring charges and cash cost driver takeover has been rumoured by bulls as a bull cases for what feels like the last 10 years. If it aint happened by now with the stock on its knees why will it ever happen. takeover optimism is a lazy reason to buy any stock

It's a shit company in a shit business. Is it any wonder the directors haven't been putting their hands in their pockets, even at the present supposed discount to NAV. I've run my slide rule over it, and yes, it seems to have plenty of cash, but that sure doesn't make it a takeover prospect.
