Drax Group plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 11 16/29 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.
Date of purchase: 11 October 2018 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 71,429 Lowest price paid per share: 359.40000 Highest price paid per share: 372.00000 Average price paid per share: 365.61681
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Since 20 April 2018, the Company has purchased 9,135,729 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of GBP32,081,091.05.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 9,135,729, of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 398,015,072 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
