Transactions in own shares
Drax Group plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 11 16/29 pence each through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.
Date of purchase: 15 June 2018 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased: 79,033 Lowest price paid per share: 329.20000 Highest price paid per share: 333.20000 Average price paid per share: 331.49946
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Since 20 April 2018, the Company has purchased 3,115,709 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of GBP10,268,426.81.
Following the above transaction, the Company holds 3,115,709, of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 403,947,378 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
