As at the date of this disclosure, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 1,000,747,044 ordinary shares of GBP 0.01 each, each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 1,000,747,044.
