04/12/2017 14:27 | @LBO, that was all made clear at the time of DPP IPO and is not comparing apples with apples. Well-understood that running the Dominos franchise in a country is not sure-fire ticket to a pot of gold. For me, DPP is a bet on Poland/the Polish economy as much as it is a bet on the Dominos franchise concept. Liechtenstein - I've been there several times and the lack of oxygen in that mountain air must have got to Global Brands when they decided to open a franchise there. Opening a Dominos in Vaduz? Clearly insane, could not think of a less congruent brand. Same with Switzerland, which I visit twice a month on business = unreal labour costs, totally different tastes to say UK/US, lashings of Swiss bureaucracy, etc. | guernseymoney
04/12/2017 14:12 | I am sure many AIM investors still remember Global Brands SA and the losses they suffered on that Swiss, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein Dominos franchise! | lbo
04/12/2017 14:08 | @LBO, I am just being boisterous and speculative, but all I know is that DPP is a share I like to hold because I like the story and believe that there is upside. I've followed the Co. since inception, and it's interesting. @a1samu, market rigging etc is not unique to DPP, the whole system is totally bent. GLA | guernseymoney
04/12/2017 13:45 | A deal at 15.46 this morning of 300000 & 37 is a capitulation to the criminality of the market makers. This sale will have resulted in losses of thousand, unless it was a sale by some director of having been given free shares some of the way, which I doubt. I do not understand why the share-price does not collapse on a large sale of this magnitude. If all punters would stick together not allowing themselves to be robbed of their possessions, the market makers would not be able to prevail in their thieving of criminality taking value from naive punters! This share is all rigged. When progressing news is put about, the price drops, when massive quantities are sold the price remains the same! | a1samu
03/12/2017 20:30 | £5 in 2025? After what dilution over that period? Let's just take Amrest which is listed in Poland but which currently operates nearly 1550 restaurants in 15 countries and last year it had EBITDA of 127m. How do you expect DPP to get anywhere near those numbers and £5 per share? Amrest is the largest independent restaurant operator in Central and Eastern Europe. Since 1993, the company has been building a portfolio of brands, such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King. In Poland AmRest has only just managed over 346 restaurants. | lbo

02/12/2017 17:50 | Added also on Friday. Blended purchase price 22p. This share is still a no brainer for me, even with a bit more dilution definitely on the cards. If you want to make 20% in 12 months time, buy something like AGK. DPP is worth £5 in 2025. Happy to wait for it. | guernseymoney
02/12/2017 12:30 | I got the feeling that this was what was expected for the rest of next year as well, so right now there is no light at the end of the tunnel. Under this cloud a return to the 20’s is a possibility imo time will tell | stefanzygmunt

02/12/2017 09:50 | Unfortunately Peter Shaw made some very unfavourable comments regarding EBITDA in his last interview.I believe that is what turned investors off. And that is why 2 weeks ago I sold 361,000 of these. Very sorry to leave as I had high hopes here. | stefanzygmunt
01/12/2017 17:06 | Decent bit of trade today. 1.36 million shares | hybrasil
01/12/2017 10:44 | Yea. I agree. This company is so stashed against ordinary shareholders, that it is criminal and I am stupid to have ever had anything to do with it. There will never be any value available to ordinary shareholders. See how market makers reacted to news of landmark achievement on the opening of the 50 store. They might as well not bothered! | a1samu
30/11/2017 16:16 | DPP only have the master franchise for 15 years from 2010 with an option to extend by 10. Presume the option to extend comes at a cost but either way it sounds like all the future DPP jam if it does ever even arrive won't be even going to the current shareholders but back to the parent company. But of course they will get all the future profits thanks to all the money raised on the questionably regulated AIM market. And the Board of directors get their salaries and options a long the way too. All at the expense of current shareholders. | lbo

28/11/2017 09:33 | The "capital markets" are dishonest thiefs. Nothing has changed in he companies' fortunes for this downgrade to be instituted. The prospectus under which this company raises money is dishonest and crooked. Somebody should be taken to task over why at one state the company is worth a higher MC and another state it is worth much less, with nothing detrimental happening. | a1samu
22/11/2017 14:57 | a1samu Thats the function of a capital market! | hybrasil
22/11/2017 12:37 | There will be lots more need for new money, before this will ever pay a dividend! | a1samu
22/11/2017 11:51 | This company has been overvalued and overhyped. It has continually issued new shares and promised great things. However, it is loss making and will continue to be so for sometime. Will it need another equity issue? It is hard to say but the market value versus revenue remains high. | trytotakeiteasy
22/11/2017 11:42 | Share price will hit 30p before it will get better despite the progress on shop openings . Unfortunately! | a1samu
