04/12/2019 17:42 | It looks interesting at this level, I think, and I'm tempted. But if there is a big institution selling I might wait for a bit. Turkey's economy and currency seem to have stabilised. So has Russia's. Revenue is growing quite fast, although they seem to be doing better in Turkey than in Russia. It's a very strong brand. It's a pity that they report in Turkish lira. You have to adjust for 15% inflation. It would be better to report in US$ I think. | galeforce1

11/11/2019 13:26 | Three reasons for the continued fall: - That's what Mr Market does - transition from exuberance to despair - The recent results were heavily impacted by fx and debt - The British master franchise announced it is pulling out of Sweden, Switzerland, Iceland and Norway My view: - This is an outstanding brand which made outstanding returns in many markets. The operational performance from this franchise has been as expected, including 31% per annum revenue growth - The biggest shareholder is Fundsmith at 4.3% and Schroders - both of whom operate an investment process that I respect (and you can attend the Fundsmith Emerging Markets AGM at Barbican in May each year to get their view from the analysts direct) - Morningstar estimate fair value to be 84p and their '5 star price is 45p...so good value but not yet a cracker. I am watching and buying tranches at material price improvements until I am fully invested (which for me is about 3-4% of my portfolio... | groundedkiwi

17/10/2018 19:42 | DPEU now has two major things going for it that it never had a few days back. The diplomatic frictions that had previously existed between President Trump and Mssr Erdogan over the internment of the American pastor Andrew Brunson have now passed since his release. In fact President Trump and Mssr Erdogan now seem to be best buddies. Secondly the run that had been occurring on the Turkish Lira and had impacted over adversely on the share has passed and the Turkish Lira is now 20% better off against the pound for instance and will probably improve further. For an expanding and delivering company that was oversold it is looking good for rerate back upwards. | shard of glass
10/9/2018 09:50 | Tiny incremental raise of bid to close out your shorts = WASTE of TIME. ALL TIME LOWS World Cup of revenue for 2 weeks in Jul 18 helps with the FX adjustments. Also FX hit only counts when returning funds to shareholders i.e. divi etc IMO All the more - GAME ON. Handful of hours left chaps, GLA | cantrememberthis2 |
