Hilarious.

You try to make out that I am the one who pretends to be a legal professional (I have made no such assertion) and then you come out with the above.

Still, what you say about the legal procedures and strategies are largely correct. Just baffling that if you know all this, why you did not apply this advice and criteria to the legal cases you pursued and spectactularly lost against numerous people/organisations.

In 2007/8/9 you acted like a bull in a china shop going against everything you have said above. You even had to be restrained by the judge to prevent you bringing even more court cases.

Perhaps much of the above information was lifted from posts I made when I told you that it would be most unwise to proceed in the way you were before you made a fool of yourself and was dismissed by the judges.

Still, better late to learn something than never. However perhaps it is time to apologise to me for telling me I was wrong in my commentary of your cases when you seem to now accept that I was indeed right.

Why don't you provide links to the judgements you lost several years ago as case studies - so people can see how pursuing cases in court ought not to be done?

As for investment advice - seems like your memory is equally selective and fuzzy. Shall we mention the posts you made complimenting Simon Littlewood and James Holmes (London Asia Capital and Commodity Growth) before they disappeared along with the money of its investors?

How about AFD, CDG and all those other failed mining tiddlers you used to post your snippets of information on under the 50 ADVFN user names you were forced to provide to the court?

I might not be a legal professional or an investment guru but the difference is I don't pretend to be. Likewise I don't troll websites under dozens of IDs and IP proxys like your newly found friends.

Have the decency and good grace to admit all your mistakes and some people on here might even forgive you.

Have a good weekend.

Thanks, looks high risk to me, probably one to keep an eye on in several years time when a likely wind up approached, 10 years in the aviation industry is an awfully long time, tomorrows assets soon become yesterdays castoffs as technology changes, ongoing refits and service costs and the timing thereoff can never be set in stone and airlines can come and go like billeio,

interesting though.

CLA although fantastic inherent value is clearly a you can look but you cant touch avap vehicle and a likely value trap for private investors.
