Milkwood can't go over 30% without triggering a full takeover. Unclear if they have the cash or desire to do that. Also the price has fallen so an offer at whatever they paid before would make no sense

I recall the ARIX 'takeover', where the biggest shareholder used the cash to organise itself a cash pay out, and all other shareholders had to settle for shares in RTW. As it turned out the RTW shares were worth more than the cash in the end.
