   The Directors of Downing FOUR VCT plc announce an allotment on 5 April 
2018 of Generalist Shares of 0.1p each ("Generalist Shares") pursuant to 
the Top-Up Offer for Subscription dated 25 August 2017 ("Generalist 
Top-Up Offer") as follows: 
 
   338,615 Generalist Shares at an average price of 99.4p. 
 
   The Directors of Downing FOUR VCT plc further announce an allotment on 5 
April 2018 
 
   of Healthcare Shares of 0.1p each ("Healthcare Shares") pursuant to the 
Top-Up Offer for Subscription dated 4 April 2018 ("Healthcare Top-Up 
Offer") as follows: 
 
   104,437 Healthcare Shares at an average price of 98.16p. 
 
   Application for all shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK 
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market 
for listed securities will be made shortly. Dealings are expected to 
commence on or around 12 April 2018.
