   Issue of Equity 
 
   Further to the Company's announcement earlier today and in line with the 
closing of the Offer for Subscription that opened on 8 December 2016 
("Offer"), the Company also announces that it has allotted 2,993,571 
Healthcare Shares to members of the management team ("Management 
Shares") at an issue price of 0.1p per share as part of the Performance 
Incentive Scheme described in the prospectus dated 8 December 2016 
("Prospectus"). The holders of the Management Shares will not exercise 
any voting rights attaching to these shares and will waive any of their 
entitlement to distributions payable on these shares unless, and to the 
extent that, the performance hurdle described in the Prospectus has been 
met. 
 
   Application for all shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK 
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market 
for listed securities will be made shortly. Dealings are expected to 
commence on or around 7 December 2017.
