The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE:DOW), today announced that due to the inadvertent and premature release of a restructuring announcement, the Company has now decided to hold its third quarter 2012 earnings conference call with securities analysts on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. (ET).

Dow invites investors to listen to the live audiocast of the presentation through its website at www.dow.com/investors/events/. A replay of the presentation will also be available on the Company's website within 24 hours after the audiocast.
