DIVIDEND DECLARATION

Overview

Doric Nimrod Air One Limited (LSE:DNA) (the "Company") is a Guernsey domiciled company with Ordinary Preference Shares (ISIN: GG00B4MF3899, SEDOL: B4MF389) admitted to trading on the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.

Declaration of Dividend

In line with the distribution policy the directors of the Company have declared a fourth interim dividend of 2.25 pence per Ordinary Preference Share for the financial year ending 31 March, 2018.

This dividend will be payable on 31 January, 2018 to holders on record 19 January, 2018. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 18 January, 2018.

Future dividend payments are anticipated to be declared and paid on a quarterly cycle as per the prospectus, subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Investment Objectives and Policy

The Company's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling a single aircraft.

The Company has purchased one Airbus A380-861 aircraft, manufacturer's serial number 016 which it has leased to Emirates Airline ("Emirates"), the national carrier owned by the Investment Corporation of Dubai based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
