15/7/2015 12:29 | atlast some up move coming back in DNA3 | jaws6
15/5/2015 17:03 | I'm confused! Do we assume that AA4 is effectively a sister company to the Doric Nimrods? My DNA3 holding is I think technically preference shares, given the 'fixed' dividends; AA4 looks to be offering a very similar dividend stream. | sf5
13/5/2015 10:29 | AA4 has started trading today at a premium. | davebowler

07/7/2014 09:01 | This mutt goes ex-divi (quarterly) on 9th July. I make yield 7.7%. The share price looks to be at just about at its lowest point since listing. | hugepants
23/4/2014 11:30 | A long thread on Motley Fool about this stock. | hugepants
13/1/2014 07:47 | Dividend in line with previous guidance and rises to 2.0625p in April, disasters permitting. Prospective yield at a share price of 112p is 7.37% and probably a slight rise in share price to come as the market adjusts to the rising dividend. | grahamg8
11/12/2013 11:19 | Emirates results out today ,we lease them | jaws6
02/11/2013 13:01 | rat attack, what are your views on the relative merits of DNA1, 2, and 3? share price for 1 is going down but up for 2 and 3. The income returns are pretty similar and yet the premium to net asset value is 29% for 1, and 48% for 2. So the shares for 2 look over priced relative to 1 even if you allow a bit for the lower risk with assets spread over 7 planes rather than just 1. 3 is more difficult to value as the full dividend wont be paid till April and the NAV is a bit of a guess, but presumably is pretty close to 100pps. So 3 may be the best value of the lot. | grahamg8
01/11/2013 14:07 | Doric Nimrod Air Three Limited ("the Company") is a Guernsey domiciled company which listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange on 2 July 2013 with the admission of 220 million Ordinary Shares ("the Equity") at an issue price of 100p per share. The market capitalisation of the Company was GBP 240 million as of 30 September 2013. The Company's investment objective is to obtain income returns and a capital return for its shareholders by acquiring, leasing and then selling aircraft. The Company intends to acquire four Airbus A380 by the end of the calendar year. From the point of delivery, each of the four aircraft will be leased to Emirates for an initial term of 12 years with fixed lease rentals for the duration. In order to complete the purchases of the aircraft, DNA Alpha issued two tranches of enhanced equipment trust certificates ("the Certificates" or "EETC") - a form of debt security - in July 2013 in the aggregate face amount of USD 630 million. DNA Alpha is using the proceeds from both the Equity and the Certificates to finance the acquisition of the four new Airbus A380 aircraft. The Company receives income from the lease rentals paid by Emirates pursuant to the leases. It is anticipated that income distributions will be made quarterly. Very surprised to receive a small dividend on these this week, totally unexpected. Once all aircraft have been acquired expect to receive a 7.50% yield at current price. | rat attack |
